Tess was totally amazing through the whole process of selling my home. She made everything easy and stress free. She did an incredible job staging my home, brought over items and even gifted some. She also helped with the cleaning and organizing of the whole house. The house was sold within days of the listing at a price way above my asking price. She's a great listener and gives great advice while letting you make all the decisions. I will recommend her to everyone I know !

Tess sold my Mom’s house this summer. She is amazing!! She is so easy to get a hold of. She answers texted or phone calls right away. She is very knowledgeable and so Kind and nice. She brought us boxes, tape rolls, and bubble wrap. She offered to help us with anything we needed. Mowing grass, packing, watering flowers….. she bought us flowers to help show off the inside and outside of the house. She even offered her son and his friend if we needed them to help. She was so nice to my Mom. The house was 53 years old. Told my Mom, she had taken care of the house so well, and it was beautiful. We were so scared she would tell us all the things to fix, instead she said it was beautiful and just fine. She put notes up in the house telling prospective buyers what went with the house what didn’t. On the French doors she put a note saying to look at the lovely lilacs in the back yard. In less than a week we had a few offers. Tess made a spreadsheet with the different offers. She explained everything to us, but would not tell us who to pick. That was our (my Mom’s) decision. But most important. She TALKED to my MOM. A lot of times when someone has gray hair people will look at me and talk to me. But she looked and spoke to US I have already given her name to a couple people. Also we are not computer people. When we asked if we could do paperwork in person instead of on line (covid) she made it happen. Thanks Tess your awesome!!
