The selling process was very simple with Chad and Sara. They gave us suggestions on what to fix or what to leave. They weren't pushy with any advice but they gave realistic suggestions. The buying process was also easy with Chad and Sara. We worked with Chad and viewed over 20-30 houses in Eagan, Apple Valley, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Savage and ultimately ended up with a home we love in Prior Lake. With the Internet era it seems like you are able to find your house on your own and it makes one wonder why they even need a real estate agent. This was not the case at all with Chad and Sara. We truly believe that we wouldn't have had our perfect home if they were not our agents. They knew exactly what we wanted and since they were such popular and knowledgeable agents in the area they just happened to be listing a house with our exact requirements(after 3 months of looking). Of course, with the advantage of having them as our agents, we were the first people to have a showing and had easily worked out an agreement with the sellers before the sign even went out in their yard.

We have known Sara and Chad for many years. Great agents and very knowledgable about the Savage/Shakopee/Prior Lake markets. What we forgot was how good they really are.

We fell for the advertising and put our current home up for sale with one of the large real estate "teams". At the same time, we decided to use the same agency to purchase a new home in Prior Lake. Big mistake.

After struggling with one of the "team members" trying to buy a house in a hot market we were frustrated. We had another property to look at and did what we should have done from the start, we called Sara.
