This location has very professional and kind staff. I highly recommend for office or home office space. The furniture is high quality for good price and they built it with adjustments to uneven flooring did a little extra labor and cleaned up after.

The delivery and installation was done very professional, to be used partitions they look great.

I recently purchased furniture for my office from PTI and I dealt with Brian. He was fantastic. He came to office to measure and sent me a design of the office. He was easy to work with and provided outstanding customer service. He even provided a financing company so I can take a loan to purchase the furniture. The people who came out to set up the furniture were great as well. No damage and they cleaned up after they left. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

I bought furniture from this co. 20 years ago. The furniture has stood the test of time. I purchased an oak desk and credenza. They are like brand new still to this day. This is why I am going back after all these years to purchase office chairs.The service was great then and left a lasting impression on me and I am hoping to have the same experience again.

I've been following the PTI website for a few months thinking about buying some new office furniture. When my wife and I got there, Brian Matthews showed us around and he was freaking "Awesome". So like Brian said, I'm not a salesman, but instead an educator of office furniture!!! Ok, now that's just freaking cool :-)
So we looked at what we came for and Brian gave us his advise on setup configurations that really worked for us, we want to say how much we really appreciated him for that. Good selection of low and high end office furniture. Some one only item. The staff was friendly and helpful finding items.

The selection and price are excellent. The delivery service is great and fee is very reasonable. I have worked with Raymond on a number of requirements and I cannot say enough as to the level or professionalism and patience he and his co-workers have. I would highly recommend a stop to the showroom/warehouse if you have any projects that require high quality reconditioned and new furniture.

Got a Herman Miller Aeron from these guys in the summer. They replaced the seat and back mesh. Super complétive pricing and friendly service. The chair is my baby now. Thank you PTI for finding these chairs and selling them at such a discounted price!
