I would like by saying wish all at&t stores were like this. I was treated like family here, upgrading my phone was so easy. I love this store, they are definitely setting an example with amazing service. Thank you!!

The gentlemen running this store are very kind, patient, and helpful. They are very thorough in explaining things and re-explaining them as needed. They were especially considerate and polite with my elderly parents, and even though it was a long process due to internet problems at the store (not their fault), they made up for it with their excellent customer service and helping me find discounts wherever possible. To Gun and the other associate that helped me and my parents transition to new phones - thank you very much, you guys are awesome!

I am from NYC, and found the service at this Ridgefield NJ store is exceptional compared to those located in the city. I felt instantly welcomed and they were patient with all the questions I had, and were considerate of my specific needs. I was assisted thoroughly with all aspects of the purchases I made and I felt respected with undivided attention. Extremely attentive staff, but not overbearing like the Manhattan stores. Keep up the great service.

Walked in expecting the type of mediocre service I have become used to receiving from most other wireless stores but I was quite surprised at how professional and helpful the staff actually were. So much so that I have started telling people about this particular store if they ever need a phone. The staff here really know their stuff and get things done. Very satisfied.

I came across this store as I was shopping at Hmart.
What a pleasant surprise to find ATT store located in this plaza! I upgraded my phone to the new zflip3 and the process was so easy and smooth. The staff helped me with everything and I will be coming back to this location from now on! Friendliest and most helpful staff ever!

My husband and I recently changed our carrier to AT&T. Kevin at this branch, was extremely professional and friendly, and we really enjoyed working with him. We will definitely go back to him for other cell phone related services.

I am so glad this store reopened. They are right inside H-Mart plaza in Ridgefield which makes it so convenient. Looked like they're under new management and the staff was all very nice. I was helped by Kevin and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy customer here.
