I was involved in an accident and issued two serious violations. I immediately began looking for an attorney and saw Todd’s page second in the Google queue. i don't know if there are enough stars I could give for Todd. i was prepared for the worst in my case and i would be giving the same review for him had things not gone as favorable as they did for me in court. That may sound cliche, but I say that because I am aware that I got myself into the situation I was in, and Todd could do his best to help and guide me and he did so all throughout the process. He was always truthful with me at every step, not promising this or that would happen. He was straight up from the initial call thru resolution. To me, he just knows what to do at every turn. I would equate him to an expert chess player as it relates to navigating the justice system and fighting for the best possible outcome he can obtain under the circumstances in play. He is extremely knowledgeable, confident (and by this i don't mean arrogant by any means, some people can misconstrue this term) and just an expert at his craft. There are many other attorneys out there with much higher fees that you try to contact about your case and end up speaking to a secretary the majority of the time and leaving messages. Todd is hands on - text email, or phone call - he is there for you. The most available person I have ever hired. when you're in a tight spot and you want honesty and someone approachable on your side, don't bother looking for someone else in your time of need. You won't find anyone better in union county in my opinion.

Got caught driving while suspended and was facing a hefty fine. I saw previous reviews on Mr. Palumbo and how well he was liked and respected. I decided to get in contact with him, I can honestly that was the best decision I could have made.

Mr. Palumbo answered my phone calls and emails immediately. I met up with him 48hrs after contacting him and he made it very simple of what was going to happen with my case. His goal was to make sure that all charges were dropped and I would be left off with just paying a fine and a court fee. Within the week my case was settled EXACTLY how Mr. Palumbo predicted it to be. Jack was also a huge help throughout the process.

I hired Todd Palumbo for 4 municipalities and so far he's handled 2 and I gotta say he is worth every penny. He knows his stuff and knows the judges, the prosecutors and basically everyone. Don't think twice about hiring him. He is amazing. He is very professional yet easy to talk to. Gets straight to the point and usually very easy to get in touch with. He doesn't give you the run around or any bs. If you have a ticket and your worried about losing your license he is your guy. You may pay a lot more in fines but you won't lose your license. I actually sleep better at night now knowing that the next time I go to court I am that much closer to getting my license back. And that is a feeling I haven't had in a very long time. I strongly recommend Mr. Palumbo to everyone in need of an attorney.

Todd Palumbo represented me on a Simple Possession Charge and other MV charges that would have ended in a much bigger problem without his expertise. Even while he was paid for one visit he came in 3 more times as the court pushed back my case a few times. They tried to separate my same day charges and fine me individually but Todd Had everything consolidated. After all the back and forth all my charges were finally dropped by a simply motion he put forth. A-1 Recommended. Though I hope to stay out of any legal issues in the future he will definitely be the first to know.

I contacted this firm and spoke with Todd regarding a municipal court situation. I explained what happened. Previously I had been told by others that there was really nothing that could be done.Todd thought differently and made no guarantees but thought he may be able to get the ticket dismissed. When we went to courtI sat in the court room while Todd spoke with the prosecutor. I watched several people plead guilty to the offense I was charged with. None of their tickets were dismissed. But mine was! Todd was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss my ticket and we didn't even have to go to trial. In addition, he was always on time and returned my calls promptly. I would ABSOLUTELY use him again in the future.

I had multiple traffic violations and was feeling overwhelmed and hopeless at the thought of trying to get my license back before I hired Todd Palumbo. Mr. Palumbo and his partner Michelle Welsh are excellent lawyers and they got most of my tickets dismissed. They were empathetic but very honest about what could happen. They even reduced fees for court appearances in some cases.

Even though Mr. Palumbo wasn’t at every court appearance he made sure he sent someone who is extremely knowledgeable of the law and just as well known by court officials as he is. Michelle Welsh went above and beyond to help me restore my license! She even helped me get a fair hearing outside of the courtroom to reduce a suspension ordered by the DMV. The suspension was reduced from 6 months to just 15 days!!!

I am so grateful to these lawyers and I would, without a doubt, hire them again. Although, as much as I trust and respect Todd Palumbo and Michelle Welsh because they have proven over and over they will get the best possible outcome for any traffic offense, I don’t want to have to see them ever again! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has a traffic violation and even those with multiple or more difficult violations as these two dedicated professionals are as seasoned as they come (they know the laws and are very skilled at redirecting)!!
