Step by Step Family Foot Care

Can I say that I love Dr. Mannheim? During each office visit she is attentive and takes her time with me. She educates me about the condition of my foot so I understand what I can do to help it heal. She's very down-to-earth and friendly, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients and their well-being. After my first visit she even called me at home to see how I was doing. The level of personalized care she provides is difficult to find in this day and age. In addition, her office is clean and modern, and the woman at the front desk - sorry, I don't recall her name - is helpful. I'm so glad I found Dr. Mannheim and Step By Step Family Foot Care!

Dr. Manheim was very nice, attentive, and thorough. Everyone we spoke to or encountered was very professional and polite. We spent over an hour with the doctor for a new patient appointment. She had excellent bedside manner, making us feel important and appreciated. Even with my 8-year-old's many questions, she was kind to him and respected him as a person- not just speaking to the parent like some doctors do. Great experience. We will be recommending her wholeheartedly to friends and family that need a specialist.

I've been seeing Dr. Manheim for about 2 years now. My case was (and still is...) quite complicated - I had pain in several different areas (including my back, which had been making the real diagnosis of my foot problem elusive). Dr. Manheim has a heart of gold, the patience of a saint, and a Mary Poppins bag of tricks. She truly cares about her patients and wants them to be well. She has "walked with me" through a long and arduous recovery where, at several points, I was close to giving up; she never gave up. But I can finally say that my pain is at a level 1 and is totally manageable, which is the complete opposite of where I was when I started working with her. I am incredibly grateful and definitely recommend Dr. Manheim and her staff!

Dr. Mannheim is fantastic. She really took her time explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it. She ensured that I knew what my treatment plan was and had a clear understanding of what the next steps were. I was prompted to write this review after taking my elderly dad to the podiatrist near his home. That doctor was fast and efficient - and therein lies the problem for people like me. If you don't like having your feet touched and are sensitive to pain - if you are searching for a doctor who won't hurt you and who will spend time lots of time with you - then you need to see Dr. Maheim! I came to her with an old injury that I never addressed due to fear. She was so gentle. She told me everything she was going to do and didn't proceed until I felt comfortable. I ended up needing surgery - and the results were wonderful. If you are putting off seeing a foot doctor due to fear - make an appointment with Dr. Manheim. She is not only an excellent physician, she is a compassionate and caring human being. Her staff is wonderful as well!

I seen Dr. Manheim for the first time today! I highly recommend her. She was with me for at least 45 mins. She completed a very detailed history, and she listen to everything I had to say. She was very attentive and she educated me on each issue I’m having. Even went as far as to show me exactly how I’m walking. I had an excellent visit with her.

So I took my 6 year old son to Dr. Manheim today, for a wart he has on his foot. I have never been happier or more pleased with a doctor before in my life! She was fantastic with him! She made sure he understood everything, brought in hot wheels for him to play with, even put his favorite t.v. show on her computer so he could watch while she worked on his foot. She made him, and I, feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed, and gave him the power to tell her when he had enough. She was patient and understanding with him, and spoke to him and directed questions torward him, and not just to me as the parent. Now at 830 at night, she called me to see if he was okay and if I had any further questions! I am in disbelief by this woman, and would highly recommend her to anyone!

I am truly delighted with the care I have received from Dr. Manheim and the staff at Step By Step Family Foot Care. You can tell quickly when you’ve met someone who truly cares about their patients wellbeing and recovery, and this could not have been more evident with Dr. Manheim and Step By Step. The time taken to diagnose my condition and the thoroughness and quality of the treatment I have received have been outstanding. I could not recommend this practice more highly.

I highly recommend Dr. Manheim to anyone that needs a podiatrist,
the time and care she gave to me was exceptional!
The staff was so friendly, I walked out of there and called my friend that needs to find a podiatrist and said you need to make an appointment here. My husband in fact has an appointment today with her for his first visit and I'm going back for my follow up.

Excellent bedside manner!! Also, the receptionist, Sharon, was so so sweet. You hope and pray that you have a doctor like this who shows care and concern. Would highly recommend!!

friendly staff and they made an immediate follow up call. Professional and caring . They did not make me feel like just another number but like a person.
