Family Auto parts

Great auto parts store. I go there often because I live nearby. They usually have exactly what I need. However when they don't, they order it and it's there usually that same day. Rarely it will arrive the next day. They have been there for as long as I've lived in the area, which is 18 years. Good prices, honest and knowledgeable help.

Last of the "Old School" Auto Parts stores. The countermen are extremely knowledgeable. Some have worked there for decades. Highly recommend !

Always the best. Friendly, always helpful. Called about 8:30AM on a Friday for a battery, had it delivered VERY locally before 9. Even the delivery guy was great. This is the second battery I grabbed from em in about five years. I dont do any other mechanical work so I dont frequent the store much but they're always there forya. The best.

Billy was extremely knowledgeable and kindly helped me figure out the problem I was having.
He also came out to my car and helped me remedy the issue free of charge.
I have been to Family Auto Parts quite a few times and each and every time the men there were so helpful and nice.
I won't go to the bug chain auto parts, simply because of the treatment I received.

When ever I'm in need of anything for my vehicle, I never hesitate to go to Family Auto Parts store in Medford. Billy, one of the men who works there, always has all the answers I need & knows exactly how to help me. He has such a wonderful way of explaining things to me. He makes me feel comfortable. I can ask all the questions I need. He's always there to help in solving any mechanical problem that comes up. Thank you so much Billy you are a gem & always happy to see you when I walk into the store.

My father in-law Joe Signore has been going here for years when they were in the DMV shopping center and has always highly recommended Family Auto to anyone who's needed car parts and I agree!! Very good personal customer service!!

This is one of the only places I go to for my parts for my vehicles! The people who work there are really good! They get parts faster then anyone I know! Always a real pleasure to stop in and see them! If you need anything for your vehicle definitely call them and you won't be disappointed!

Known these guys for years. The best around here in my opinion. Competitive pricing with the big auto parts stores except they actually know auto parts. I started out doing side work and they gave me deals on parts when no one else would. Now I'm in my own registered mobile auto repair business. Also they stand behind what they sell and have no problem taking back defects or returns. Out of the stores I deal with they get it right the first time more than anyone. Time is money in this business and getting the right parts fast is a huge part of working efficiently.

I try to fix my car myself as much as possible but sometimes I need to speak to a parts person who knows what they are talking about. When I went into Family the counter people were pleasant to deal with and when I explained my problem they were able to look up my car and find the part I needed right away. They gave me some options and explained the differences between the manufacturers. It fit perfect and I was back on the road in no time. It was nice to find an auto parts place which actually knows their buisness more than just looking up a part number on a computer. They really know what they are talking about and I will not hesitate to go back there again.

Awesome place... Jake is a well countermen for decades.. knows his stuff. And trained the young gunners well for a small family owned business.. not many out there like them 👍
