CKO Kickboxing Roselle

We tried kick boxing for the first time. The instructor (Paul) was great. It was so much of a good energy. We got a great workout. We still trying to recover lol.

Different trainers with different styles so there is literally "something for everyone". The kickboxing classes are high intensity, so be prepared to sweat!
In addition, the strength bootcamp and TRX classes enhance your workout routine without leaving you "lost" in a regular gym amongst rows of workout machine and no idea where to start.

Great workout, high intensity, lots of fun. You really feel like you did something great for your body after the class. Highly recommended.

CKO in Roselle is top notch. I love it here the staff is amazing. Osi, David, Vanessa, Ashley, Lina and Jefferson are great trainers. Every class is different and exciting. It’s a full body workout you feel the burn!!

CKO overall is a great experience, if you are looking to push your self and work, just go for it! you won' regret it. Everyone here is so helpful and the bomb. So far I've taken Matt's class and it was just as fun as it was intense. There was another trainer there making sure you had the moves down properly and Matt was always making eye contact making sure you were good. Today I took Daniel's class and it was awesome! He is very encouraging and high energy. They always switch it up, keep it interesting and fun! I am so happy I became a member there. Even though I leave sweaty and sore (thats the point!) I can't wait to go back. CKO has become such an important part of my journey, if I can do it so can you!

Jennifer, RoselleCKO, is an extremely knowledgeable and motivating kickboxing instructor. She provides clear instructions throughout the class. Jennifer also takes the time to ensure that all clients are provided with ways to challenge themselves at their ability level. Without missing a beat, Jennifer will discreetly guide, model &/or gently re-explain the sequence of a set to anyone in need. She always checks to make sure that clients are engaging in proper techniques to reduce the possibility of injury as well as to optimize performance for best results.

I started going to cko in beginning of august after three weeks of going 4-5 times a week i saw results on the Change of my body. The environment is very comfortable and welcoming.

Love going there; it a good way to start working out .So far I've taken Luiz's class and it was just fun as it was intense.The good thing is that you have someone pushing you to your limit all tge time.
