Immediately upon entering the Woodbridge Bob’s Discount Furniture store I was warmly greeted and sensed I’d at least clarify some ideas I’d been knocking around for two bedrooms. Judy introduced herself and went to work helping me to hone in on what pieces might be best—and, possible. After batting around a number of details—I was ready to move ahead with a purchase—which was clearly explained and very efficient. I am eagerly awaiting the delivery which I hope will complete a very satisfying shopping experience. Thank you!

I had visited Bob furniture to buy a couch. At the entrance I was greeted and welcomed by Fernando. He listened carefully to my requirements and helped me find my desired couch.

Fernando was very patient and helped me out throughout the purchase process.

The overall product Quality of the furniture at Bobs was better than the other furniture store that I have visited.

Mario has got to be the kindest, most caring, as well as knowledgeable furniture salesperson in history. Working with him on our purchases is so seamless and easy. I really hope that his managers and supervisors know what a gem he truly is to their company!

My fiancé and I had worked with Mark.

Upon walking into the store, Mark greeted my fiancé and I and pointed us towards the proper direction of the store for what we were shopping for.

Mark was informative, kind and helpful during our whole exchange.

Mark answered all questions we had on the products as well as providing us with even further insight into the products we were not aware of.

We left purchasing a couch and rug were very pleased with Marks salesmanship.

I went to Bob’s Furniture and bought a beautiful kitchen table set. I love that the store layout is so easy to navigate. Israel was super helpful and his customer service was fantastic. Definitely 10/10! I had such a wonderful experience shopping here and we plan on coming back to get a bedroom set as well a tv stand that we fell in love with.

Excellent service with no sales pressure at all. I was able to look around and when I saw something I liked she was right there to answer all my questions and all the ways I could purchase the sofa, loveseat, bed, mattress and dresser. Highly recommend going to this Bob’s Discount Furniture Store!

Chris, our salesman, was very helpful and non pressure. He answered all questions and let us make our own decisions. Once we decided I called him and our new couch is being delivered in 2 days. If you go to the Woodbridge showroom ask for Chris!

I had a great experience at Bob's yesterday. My sales associate Jamil was fantastic. Once I identified what bedroom set I wanted he was very helpful in assisting me and telling me what my options were.

Great service! Our salesman Abbas was polite, knowledgeable and calm throughout the entire process. Not your typical pushy salesman. I wish there were more salespeople like Abbas. It was a pleasant experience overall. Looking forward to receiving my new couch on Friday and hoping the delivery goes as smooth as the purchase.

I went into Bob's with my niece looking for a mattress. We were greeted by Mario at the door. He helped us find what we were looking for and in no time made our purchase! Mario was very knowledgeable and helpful and we would definitely go back to him when we are ready for our next purchase.

Great customer service. The store was busy on Black Friday but my sales associate Mario was very helpful. He made sure we got the couch we were looking for. We purchased a dining room set before and we will definitely be back to finish the furnishing out new home. Big thanks to Bob's and especially Mario.

Great place to pick out some very nice furniture for any room in the house. I like their 0 percent financing for 6 months we just needed a king size bed frame. The salesman Luis was a top of line salesman. Escorted my wife and myself to the area we needed to find what we were looking for. Then he return when we were ready and had us ready to go in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Luis we hope to see you soon again.

So grateful we received helped from Joanna, Sales Rep at the Woodbridge, NJ Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store. She was superb in how she treated us. Answered many questions we had and also gave us space for us to take time to make a decision.

When we made our decision, Joanna coordinated the warehouse pickup including the reimbursement if my wife did not like the color of the product (she's very particular about matching things at home)... and when when got there everything went smoothly.

Most amazing is that when we entered the store, we were greeted by many Sales Reps... but Joanna was the only Sales Rep who offered us something to drink after saying hello, and Joanna simply said "I am here for you but please take your time." She was not in our face, forcing a product just to make a sale, she was simply human as she engaged with us.

It was because of how she presented herself initially that when we were ready we bypassed the other forceful Sales Reps (guess they realized we made a decision on a product) in favor of dealing with the one person who treated my wife and me like human beings, not another leg up to get a bonus.

And, we both love our new TV stand which makes our new 75in QLED Flat-screen look beautiful.

Although thy delivered the bedroom set by opening the bedroom in the rain before bring it in. I wiped the furniture off and it was fine. Also their is a slit dent in one of the dresser handles. I will call.the GOOF insurance because it happened during delivery. The movers were literally bumping my walls. I still love my furniture . It is a beautiful set.

Scott was an amazing salesman! I did not intend to make a purchase but because of his laid back yet informative approach (I hate pushy salesmen) I was able to purchase a sectional and two dining table sets. I’ll be back to add a bedroom set in a few days. Thanks Scott!!!
