I recently moved to a new house and I purchased all my furniture, bedroom and decorative pieces from Safavieh Livingston.The manager, Darioush Saadati, helped me a lot during my ordering process. They delivered them with a little delay and defected dining glass table, but they replaced it a few days. At the end I'm happy for every piece that I ordered. Here is where you can find the best furnitures ever.

I am reviewing only the rug department and particularly the thoughtful attention of manager Kamay ! His service is outstanding and his knowledge of rugs is right on . He is also just a great guy . If you need quality rug and are lost with all the options out there , he will take great care of you and educate you to make the best decision. He has helped me many times and even came to deliver a rug Personally to my home twice and also cut a rug pad. Excellent service !

I went to the rte.10 store in NJ. I was assisted by Suzanne, and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Her service was superb , found exactly what I was looking for. Rugs, two rugs which took about 1.5 hours of searching everything in the rug dept.

I highly recommend working with Kamyar Minaeian, Rug Gallery Manager at the Livingston location, if you are shopping for a rug. He took the time to educate us about the different options for rugs and the care to listen and learn about our needs. Kamy was patient and attentive throughout our visit, and never pushy. The beautiful rug we selected is perfect in our space and we are delighted. Delivery was timely and efficient. Kamy and Safavieh provided us with a successful, stress-free shopping experience.

We bought two rugs from Kamy and he was very helpful, knowledgable and accommodating. We didn’t like the way one of the rugs looked in the room, so we ordered a new one from him which came well ahead of the promised time. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. We will definitely shop with him again.

I was provided top notch customer service both during the “choosing the rug” and "delivery” process. Mr. Kamyar (Kamy) is an expert on Persian rugs, he was quick to understand what aesthetic I was trying to achieve (mix of modern furniture with a Persian rug). After seeing numerous rugs he offered to get a few rugs to our house - which was a huge help. I did not hesitate to share my budget, which is great because it felt like I was talking to someone who knew the importance of a customer wanting to enjoy their purchase. Home feels like home now.

During delivery day Mr. Kamyar (Kamy) came along with Mr. Richie (hope I got that name right). The way he spoke to his employee who was just there to help lift rugs just spoke volumes about this Manager. He was kind and helped Richie move the furniture around in order to place the rug. Centering everything can be a difficult task, but it's great when it’s handled with ease and professionalism.

Their attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was just right is a testament to their commitment to providing excellent service. This was also my second rug purchase with Mr. Kamyar (Kamy) and I will be returning for more in the future. This is a clear indication that they are doing something right, and I'm sure they will continue to exceed my expectations with every interaction.

Overall, Mr. Kamyar (Kamy) and Mr. Richie are excellent ambassadors for their company Safavieh and are a shining example of what an excellent customer service should be. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free design & delivery experience.

I am very happy with the white glove service I received. I knew what I wanted, so I called the store. Ray helped me on the phone. I never had to go to the store because I had preselected my piece of furniture. He found it, ordered it for me and got me a great price.
Delivery was very smooth. The guys were so lovely and nice.

I had the pleasure of working with Nancy Jackson at the Livingston, New Jersey showroom. Nancy measured my space and made sure every piece of furniture I purchased was on scale with my rooms dimensions. Then Nancy helped me color coordinate my purchase so that “the new” blended with and complimented my existing furniture. At the same time, she held my hand, was extremely patient, and always made me feel she had my best interest at heart. I can not say enough nice things about Nancy.

Kamyar Minaeian, who heads the retail division in Livingston, was so helpful. He really tried to quote us the best prices, and he even hand delivered a rug to our home. When I decided against one rug, he took it back with no problem. I would highly recommend working with him. Laurie

I had a terrific experience purchasing an area rug from Kamyar Minaian at the Livingston store. I could not find the right carpet from a color perspective even though I brought my color samples with me. Kamyar was patient, showing me the many carpets in the store and then spent time to check the internet and suggest a match for me. The carpet came yesterday and is PERFECT! I am especially happy with the quality, especially for the very reasonable price. Carpets in a tremendous price range.
