Went in looking for snow boots for my mother in law. The two ladies working there were so kind and friendly. They listened to my needs and said hang on I’ve got just the thing. Exactly what I was hoping for. Great selection and prices.

Thank goodness for The Shoe Box, our local store, for their great shoes at affordable prices.

At my most recent stop, I was greeted right away by an employee who immediately found the shoe I was looking for in the right size. I was also pleased to hear that I was able to leverage my frequent buyer discount, which made my purchase nearly free.

Very positive experience. My daughter needed winter boots. Couldn't find anything at the big stores that fit well and were water proof. The staff was very helpful and not high pressure.

This place is the best. I've gotten great shoes for my kids here at reasonable prices, and today, Barry helped me pick new shoes for myself. They're incredibly comfortable, and he was incredibly helpful without being pushy in the least. Great selection, great prices, and I love supporting a local business. I'll be back!

This is my new official shoe store!! Great personal service from Barry and a good selection of high quality footwear.
He was extremely patient and measured both my feet with a good attention to sizing.
Very knowledgeable about all the products he offers and is more than willing to order something special.
He answered all my questions in a kind and thorough manner.
They have a shoe club one can join. I don't know all the details of that yet but think it is just to keep track of sizes, styles, purchases, etc.
There was also a shoe give away drawing one could enter.
All in all I feel this is a place worth the drive.
I will be bringing my children back here when I need to buy their next set of shoes.

I am so happy I found this store! When my doctor recommended Hoka sneakers I was overwhelmed by the online selection. I was relieved to find a retailer only minutes from my house that also had awesome reviews. Today was my first visit and I was so impressed. Violet worked with me to find the best fit and style Hoka for me. She was very knowledgeable about the products. She was very nice and patient with my questions (and I had a lot). I ended up with two pairs of Hokas and left happy. Venturing to new stores and having to ask questions can give me anxiety but Violet made it such an easy process. I would absolutely recommend Shoe Box and I’ll definitely be back!

Great selection, quality brands, and very knowledgeable and caring staff. I'm very picky about my shoes and finding just the right pair is usually difficult but whenever I visit the Shoe Box there is always something that I like and feel great about wearing. Barry is amazing and helped my daughter and I find several pairs of shoes. I will continue driving from Newmarket to shop here, it's now the only place I will buy shoes! Thank you, Barry!

I am so glad that I found this shoe store. I have been having some problems with my feet, I teach ballet and am a former ballet dancer so they are wide and I have a metatarsal injury along with mortins neuroma. I had gone to a different highly recommended very well known local store and they pulled the ugliest Nana shoes and acted like that was my only option, i swear they didnt hear the part where i explained i didnt want to wear nana shoes. I am 41, I love clothes and accessories. I am a hair stylist and work in a salon. I really really don't want to wear Nana shoes. I'm not asking for the height of fashion in my situation but at least a compromise. I was greeted by two ladies who immediately understood and showed me and talked to me about lots of cute options. One of whom also has Mortons neuroma. She was so helpful. I also met Barry who grabbed me some keen boots that are now my favorite things on earth. They are adorable and so comfy. He also helped my husband with some new hokas. We got a club membership and we are bringing our daughter next weekend! This is new shoe store from now on!

Love this place, staff is always so helpful and sweet. They always have great deals going on to keep their inventory fresh. We have been shopping here for years and will continue to do so, as it's a one shop stop for the whole family.

I always shop at the Shoe Box first! They stock a nice variety of high-quality shoes and usually have just what am looking for so there is no need to try anywhere else. They are willing to check on availability and order in if they don't have my size. The sales people really know their stock and the features of the shoes/brands that they carry (arch height, fit etc. ). Their prices are very reasonable and competitive and they have a nice discount program.

A wonderful shoe store with top quality shoes and much more! I bought 2 pairs of sneakers for my granddaughter at 20% off then another 15% off for their anniversary special! So happy I stopped in and we will be back!

I’ve been to this store since it opened and I keep going back because I love the selection, the staff is always so helpful, and the sales/clearance are great.The prices for the shoes are competitive to all the other high end brands. You definitely get what you pay for.

Was a bit disappointed with a larger shoe chain earlier in the day, and kicking myself for not falling back on our local shops, glad I fell back onto a family favorite.
