Great selection of produce as well as dry goods, snacks, granola bars, cereal etc.

Employees are always helpful I've recently been diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer and i tend to forget alot because of medication and treatment. Employees are always willing to actually take me to the product I'm looking for.

As a shopper for instacart and a shopper for myself. Whenever I need help, they are more than willing to do everything they can for you, including stopping their work to bring you to where it is.

Although the prices are sometimes higher then other stores with the variety goods and good quality fruits and vegetables, I go to Shaw's continually. With the online coupons and with items other stores don't carry I will always continue to buy from Shaw's. The customer service is good at the Milford NH location too. It continues to be a good place to shop during the pandemic

I highly recommend the bakery at shaws in Milford. The baker there does such a great job decorating the cakes. I’ve been going to her for years have never been disappointed!!!!

Really cozy and classic grocery store with a small town feel, but with a major city selection! They have a great selection of vegan 'meat' options and a truly wide array of spices and products that cater to many different cuisines. Their selection of Bob's Red Mill products is much appreciated too! All of their fresh produce was well kept and delicious, and all of their aisles are immaculately well kept. Employees are very sweet and genuine (registers even had someone separate bagging the groceries while one person rang them up!)

If you can help it, do your shopping here before some place like Walmart. It's worth it!

Didn't know that lottery tickets can only be purchased with cash!
Customer service lady(forgot her name) was so patient and understanding!
She gave me time to go get cash.
Just in case it's the "winning" ticket, I didn't want her to void it. Haha!

Leslie is awesome! She is very quick if you need help with anything and she's pretty funny too. They recently rearranged the entire store and I am still trying to get used to the layout, but I think it makes much more sense the way it is now.

Today I tried Shaws new delivery service for the first time. They have a promo for new users that provides $20 offer orders over $75. Ordering was a breeze and the groceries were delivered promptly at my chosen time. As I put them away I noticed that several items were missing. When I called the Milford store, Eddie (night manager) was friendly, helpful, and polite. I’m not sure if Shaw’s is using a third party delivery company, but Eddie made me while and covered the inconvenience. Kudos for the excellent customer service!

Usually not too busy! I enjoy using pickup often and everything is always well prepared and any mistakes are taken care of promptly and everyone is very kind!

Wanted to give a special thank you to Allison and Sophie the cashiers they were so sweet and very friendly! Even gave our baby a sticker and we definitely think they deserve a raise or special attention of some sort. ☺

Upscale store with more than the average fare. Large quality bakery & deli w specialty diet section like I've only seen at large city stores. Also large flower & plant area. Decent prices on most, a very nice store.

Hit a great sale on meat products. Buy one get one free offer on Primo sausages and u digital coupons saved me a lot!

The store is always clean, with a great selection in the produce section. They have an extensive selection of organic and all natural grocery products. Bakery always has something beautifully sweet to pick u for that late night snack. Friendly cashiers.

So organized and clean. Very well stocked, perhaps the check out is bit slow I swear the young lady bagging my groceries was part tortoise.

Shaw's is an exceptional grocery store. It's product line is second to none. The check out service is wonderful. The cashier was courteous and helpful...and the checkout supervisor was remarkable.

Convenient. Quality of products is good. Prices are higher than all local competitors. Good for last minute items and things you forgot at competitors.

The store was fairly well stocked, had multiple checkout lanes open which were appropriate for the amount of customers.

The nicest Shaw's in the area. The cashiers are always friendly. The produce and meat departments are great! Nice natural food and good beer sections.

This store has the best promotions and the friendliest associates! Build your shopping list using their weekly ads (available online too) and definitely join their Just4U reward program.
