Customer service is amazing I called right before leaving my job, nd the person who answered the phone was super nice nd she said 20 min come by ND sure enuff didn't have to wait at all... Walked nd nd Walkes right out. It feels good to walk in yo a place like this.

Love the courtesy from the everyone, from the driver's to the pharmacist! Everyone is on a professional level. Had a problem with another pharmacy that didn't deliver my meds, Norman's is local and on point. All my Dr's are current with them also. I definitely recommend them over the big guy's that treat you like a small customer!

Love the team here. Never any issues, great customer service even when they’re swamp. My refills are always ready to go and the owner always goes above and beyond if there are any issues.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They called me with updates which gave things a personalized feel which I don't get from big retail pharmacies like CVS

I have had a great experience with the new management. Very friendly, the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful, helped me with the copay on one of my medications that was extremely high by getting a coupon... very thankful that he saved me a few hundreds on this medication, I will definitely make this my pharmacy for on going medications.

Really excellent customer service. They know customers by name and will go above and beyond to take care of you . It’s like a family over there. Most wonderful part was that when I mentioned that I would have to deliver they said they have delivery option available. Close to providing their level of professionalism, respect ,courtesy and efficiency.

Assalamualikum, I am from Morocco. I have read the other reviews and my personal experience says this is the only place I trust to.fill my prescriptions. Good prices and very nice staff and ambiance of the store is very nice. Juweria spoke with me in Arabic and explained me good about medications, how to use medications in Arabic. Pharmacist is very knowledgable person and lot of Spanish speaking girls are there . This is my best pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff is very professional and is very knowledgable .Helped me many times with deal with insurance issues and questions about prescriptions.He goes out of his way to help his clients. I am glad there's a local pharmacy that I can trust.
