Easy online shopping. They have a beautiful selection of items for gifts. The jewelry is gorgeous, high quality gold. Me and my family used to shop there all the time when I lived on the east coast. I moved to Hawai’i 4 years ago and the online shopping has been an incredible experience. They confirm your orders and call to make sure it’s the correct shipping. I had a very pleasant experience shopping here for the first time. Sunita was very nice and helpful. She was patient with me as I’m quite indecisive when it comes to choosing a piece. Overall, I would recommend Raj Jewels to everyone!

Some of the elderly sales people are extremely rude. We visited the store and we had to leave for an urgent work in the middle. Even though we had informed the staff before leaving, when we returned 4 different staffs told us that you had left in the middle and you had wasted our time. They kept on repeating the same things and were not ready to show anything.

They need to fix their sales team, specifically the elderly lady who always makes you feel that she is doing a favor by showing you the items.

Update 07/22/23- Spoke to their store manager and they explained about the parking situation that’s going on in the area. Fully satisfied and received great customer service. Revised to 5 star.

Stepped in there with very little knowledge about a Diamond 💎 and essentially a diamond ring 💍 but Mr. Bobby was great! He first explained me what to look for and what to stay away from. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. My brother got the exact ring he was looking for for his soon-to-be fiancé and our experience through it was smooth because of the staff there. Mr. Bobby definitely made a lifetime customer out of me and my family for sure. Definitely recommend going here even if it is to get a better idea of what you are looking for or to obviously purchase whatever it is that you are looking for. 🙂

We wanted a ring in a size that is not easy to find in readymade rings. We did not have the luxury of time to order custom and receive later. Vasavi worked with us in our search and checked several options until she found what we were hoping for - which is SO AWESOME!!! Excellent service. I visited this store to buy a long haram they showed the entire collection they have ,with a great patience. later, I changed my mind and asked for diamond jewelry. again they showed their complete collection and educated me on diamonds .. finally I loved one neck piece and bought it , later after 1&1/2 month , I changed my mind again and went to the store with a doubt if they let me exchange it or not ? But honestly speaking they welcomed me with a smile and happily let me exchange it. I made 4 purchases again. Even the small gold items also, they charge less compared to the other stores .
