The food here is always fresh. Very Delicious! Perfect portion of food. They Never take long preparing it once they take my order. Everyone is kind. Prices are reasonable & Most of all out of most Chinese restaurants they still give you a free crunchy egg roll with your order after spending over $20 is & will always be a classic like back in the days. I highly recommend Sen Hai Chinese Restaurant to everyone who wants Satisfaction of enjoying Chinese cuisine & Want their money worth.

Excellent! Enough so, that I am leaving a review. Chinese food in the USA is awful. Sorry! But it is. I keep trying, to no avail. But not here… The food was really surprisingly good. I’ve eaten great Chinese food in China in Hong Kong, in England (believe it or not) and in Chinatown in Queens, NY. Everywhere else disappoints. Finding this restaurant has made my day, my week! I will be ordering again. Oh - and nice generous portions. Thank you!

I rarely buy Chinese food unless I go to resturant. Sen Hai is an exception! Excellent food, and when I order on line or call in my order, there is never a mistake on my orders. Food is outstanding very generous portions too.

I like this place because the food is so good. Every time my family and I order meals from here, we get a free vegetable roll. We have tried most of the dishes served here and we haven't been dissappointed.

I had cravings for rice and vegi so I went. Their Shrimp & Vegetables was great! Chinese cabbage, peas, bamboo shoots, mushroom and my favorite arrowhead mixed with fried shrimp. The kitchen looked clean and organised, which is why I decided to eat here. Didn't have any problems with customer service. Overall, trustful place when you want a quick, casual Asian cooking with a reasonable price.

Amazing Chinese food. They have the best boneless spare ribs that I have tried in Jersey City. If you like a bite definitely ask for extra spice because their even spicy items have almost no heat in them regularly (I generally order the general tsos chicken or kung pao chicken).

Their dinner combos are also healthy portions and usually last me just over 2 meals. If I get an appetizer with it I can usually get just over 3 meals.

I have picked up there once since COVID and they did an excellent job of renovating their shop. They turned one of their storefront windows into a double sliding door system with a speaker system to close off all contact between the customer and employee.

It doesn't look fancy but the food is probably the best tasting in Jersey city.

This Chinese fast food serves our neighborhood for the longest since the 90’s other restaurant open and close, I have never had any disappointment ordering here.

I have been a customer here for year. Started in high school after basketball practice- beef 🥦 with whiterice. The staff is very kind and not over rushy. Tha ks for all the years of food!!

Dont mind the bad reviews it's from people that dont realize they are ordering chinese food. Food is real good. Chicken was crispy, fried rice not saturated in oil, sauce was on the side.. Overall best chinese I've had in this area... Hopefully it is next time also! Thanks for accommodating

Nice and easy food ordering. The pick up and pay was very simple. The food prep was quick, and the food delicious. Would definitely recommend this little shop.

Their food is constantly good. Even though I only order from the diet menu I have tried other items and they are pretty tasty

Good cheap Chinese food. Don't expect anything fancy. Great for ordering the essentials. Dumplings, wonton soup, and general tso's.

It was expensive, but for me and my family it was all worth it. Friendly service, and wonderful food. We would go again.
