Taka House Restaurant

Ordered takeout from Taka and it was amazing. Food was delicious, fresh and had generous portions. Tried a variety of Sushi from an extensive and fun menu. Several different combination options are also available. Ordered Pork Gyoza, Edamame and fried Rice. All were great, but I thought the Edamame need a bit more seasoning salt. Picked up form the restaurant. Order was ready before I got there. Atmosphere is great inside, comfortable and bright. Will definitely order again.

The food was delicious! My wife and I got the combo sushi platter. Was extremely good! Some of the best I've had around here. Small, somewhat initmate location. When we were there it was empty, so there wasn't much distractions. But I can imagine that even when it's filled, it doesn't ever get too loud in there. I recommend it!

My favorite sushi ever! My family has been going here for years. I love this family owned, authentic restaurant. Get the crab tempura and shumai appetizer!

First time here, very clean, comfortable. Their food is out of this world! I brought my best friend out for her birthday and I couldn't ask for better service. I ordered again for Mother's day, this time tale out. Food was ready on time and the presentation wowed my family as well. I will be a new regular there.

Simply the best sushi place in town. Very cozy mom and pa style place with owners always on the floor: Mr. Taka is preparing food and Mrs. Taka serves it. They really do magic. One suggestion: make sure you experiment and try all the specialty and premium rolls - you will definitely rind something that you will crave forever.
And one more thing, this is the place that you send someone to try sushi for the first time!

This is my favorite restaurant in Rochester. Excellent sushi!! It's hardtop pick a favorite from here, but the eel is one I go back to over and over.

Taka House is the best Japanese Restaurant in Webster and, in my experience, all of the Rochester area. Great environment for eating alone or having a family party. Also great people. Recommendations include their Crab Tempora and all their Sushi.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Taka Japanese Restaurant and I can confidently say it was a truly magical experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the beauty of the restaurant and the warm welcome I received from the staff.

The food was beyond exceptional, each dish more flavorful and delicious than the last. I felt like I was experiencing a culinary journey, with every bite taking me on a new adventure. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and it was clear that the chefs take great pride in their craft.

These guys are the real deal. Family run- they make amazing sushi. Personal favorite of our family is the mango rolls. They always accommodate my sesame allergy which you can imagine sucks for a sushi loving person. We always know they will ensure the allergy is carefully observed!! 10 stars!!

This is the best sushi I have had since moving to the area.

First time I tried this place, and i LOVE it! I ordered online, said 15 minutes but they were even quicker. I got Gyoza, Volcano roll, and Mango roll. The prices were not bad either. I drove around 20 minutes to get home and it was still warm. This was full of flavor, and i have tried many places. I wish I took pictures but I was too excited! If you haven't tried it and are looking for a new sushi joint order online and give it a try.

Our family loves Taka House. The food is consistently excellent, service is great (family owned) and the atmosphere is authentic.

Hands down the best sushi I have had in my life. I had the California eel roll and the spicy taka house roll I believe it was called. They were both fresh, well made and delicious! The ginger dressing on the green salad was also fresh and yummy. This is definitely a SUSHI place as I can see most of the bad reviews are regarding hibachi and rice dishes so keep that in mind. Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely the best Sushi in Monroe County. Eat there once a month and never had a bad meal. You won't be disappointed. Spiderman roll is one of my favorites. Great people. Enjoy!!

I love sushi from taka house. It is my favorite sushi spot in Rochester. The fish always tastes fresh and they do a fantastic job with their prep. I usually order take out and bring it home. The team is very nice.
