So clean and well organized! The lady managing the self checkouts was wonderful, so friendly and helpful.

After I couldn’t find an item at the Michael’s store in Henrietta, I decided to visit this location. I have to say this is a much better store. The layout is better. It is cleaner and and has better shelf arrangement. It is easier to find anything here. The shelves are well stocked. I found 2 items that I couldn’t get at the Henrietta location.

I was hoping I could set up a tent in the store. I'm almost practically in this place everyday week. Loved this place.

I always go to Michael's for my crafts. They have practically everything, I personally like their yarn, diamond art, and clear organizers. Especially when they have sales, go to their website and look for extra coupons.

Michael's is one of my happy places. I'm a crocheter and I love to shop for yarn. Their selection is usually pretty good. I'm on their email & text lists so there's always a sale or good coupon. Lots of seasonal merchandise and crafting supplies of all kinds. No ultra conservative corporate policies to dissuade me from going there like one of their competitors either.

Love their sales! Always check online for coupons too. The cashiers at the Webster location were fun to chat with.

Always been one of my favorites! However, I am very disappointed that the coupon policy changed and you can only use the 40% off one regular priced item once. I used the coupon over a month ago and have not been able to use it again. To be honest, unless something is on sale or you have the coupon, Michael's is a very expensive craft store. Please consider changing this policy! Many of us local artists rely on coupons to afford our passions.

Always friendly. Their framer "Michael" was a great help in suggesting different options.

I am so happy with their framing services. The costs have been very reasonable and the framer has a great eye. He even was able to suggest a les expensive option for one piece. He takes his time to suggest best mats and frames.

Spent quite a bit of time searching for frames. Asked a quick question of the guy in the custom frames. He ended up helping me with a bit and too his time with me despite being a visibly busy with his work and some extra work a customer dumped on him while I was there looking. He could've answered question quickly and got back to his work but didn't. Very positive experience.

Mike and Brian in the framing department are wonderful- they are patient and take time to
get just the right frame and .border. You have 2 gems in these two!

Went in for custom framing on a needlework piece. Excellent help and service from Michael (custom framer). Tons of options and happy with price
