Ace Hardware New York

Been coming to this hardware store for years. Staff is always kind and courteous and goes out there way for their customers. They also provide great recommendations if they do not have what you need in store.

I know the staff for over 20 years they're extremely professional, very nice customer service, Oliver and Rosie are the best.

If anybody in the Bronx doesn't know this door then they don't know no stores there's a good store to buy and Shop what you mean it's like having a friendly neighborhood store that knows you and it's great to have them around

Always had a pleasant experience here. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Once bought a sheet of plywood that I needed cut which they did right there and then free of charge for which I gave the employee a $5 tip.

Solid store. They have a lot of good stuff. Also the staff knows what they are selling. Very knowledgeable people on the merchandise in the store

They have always been so great to me and helpful! They may not have everything you are looking for but they have what you need. Very nice staff.

I've been here a few times. There prices are on par with the bigger stores and might be even less I've noticed. I'd rather try here first before HD or Lowes. Also the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, unlike the big box stores were the staff doesn't have a clue. Although parking is tight I never had an issue parking at Mcdonald's across the street. Our neighborhood is glad to have have them especially for people that can't travel far.

My favorite local hardware store has been in transition for the past several months, expanding and reorganizing the sales floor. And even through this term of trial, the store is better organized and more comprehensively stocked than 99 percent of it's competition in this vicinity. I spent 30 minutes searching for flat paint the exact color of masking tape before I took my search to Oliver, who produced 4 ounces of the right thing quicker than it took you to read that sentence.
It's late July, 2019, and the time of transition will soon be at an end, but the best little hardware store in this neighborhood is still just warming up. Friendlier than many, better stocked than most, bigger than a bread box, handier than sliced bread.

These guys are amazing. I showed up 30 minutes before close and needed a piece of plywood that was tough to get to due to them having loaded all their displays/trucks/etc in for the night. The team went above and beyond to help me get it, including climbing on top of a van.... All so I could complete a personal art project on the weekend while my husband can watch the kids. Totally above and beyond, every time! No need for big hardware box stores for me... I'm keeping it local from now on!

This place is complete, here you can find pretty much everything for your home improvements and why not for contractors too…? they have building materials and tools too… recommended.
