I ordered a bracelet and 11 days went by and it still hadn’t been shipped. I tried contacting them through shop app and I emailed them and got no response. So finally I emailed them again telling them if I didn’t get a response I would be contacting shop and my bank. Got a response immediately. They say refunded my money but hasn’t shown up in my bank yet. They said they couldn’t imagine a nasty email over a $1.53. I responded by saying it wasn’t being nasty I had emailed them numerous times and it took me saying I’d contact my bank to get a response. Talk about poor customer service. Deleted negative reviews on google reviews and accuses customer that paid money of being a scammer saying that’s why didn’t fulfill order! Cause that makes sense!
