Professional experience from beginning to completion. My mini split system failed and I selected NH Ross at random from an internet search and I couldn't be more impressed. Rich and Jayson described the system problem to me and offered alternatives. I decided to get a replacement system.
The installation dream team showed up on time with excellent communication from the home office.
Jake the lead installer, Brian the project lead and John the plumber were courteous and efficient in their work.

Henry P. Is an absolute master in his field! Our home is archaic but he was able to come in, analyze it and configure how to go about installing new smart thermostats. His job is clean and professional; he is personable and knowledgeable. Henry takes the time to explain the issue and how to solve it. We are very pleased with his work and will most definitely recommend him to family and friends, we will also request him for any future updates in our home. Thank you so much Henry, our home is now warm and updated!

Paul and Matt was on point with estimate they did a very good job. They alerted me and showed me all my faults, and all that needed to be changed and fixed. I was very pleased and happy with the results and what needed to be done and I will be giving them a call soon. NH Ross did our initial gas conversion and ductless a/c installation and has provided annual maintenance for years for our electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling systems. Their technicians are reliable and knowledgeable, often provide thoughtful recommendations for necessary maintenance with several costs options. Highly recommended. Highly recommended for their trustworthy and high quality services.

I was hesitant to call this company because I didn't have a great experience a very long time ago, but today was a stark contrast to my prior experience. They offered a hot water heater inspection and flush for $59+tax. The scheduling over the phone was convenient and flexible and employees very accommodating and understanding. There were several reminders over the phone and via text. The best part was the technician Henry. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained step-by-step what he was doing and why he was doing it. He didn't recommend anything unnecessary, but inspected our hot water heater, flushed it, and showed how the expansion tank needs to be replaced. He gave us a quote and we plan on having it done in the near future. I typically don't write reviews and when I do it's when something wasn't right. I would highly recommend Henry from NH Ross and plan on requesting him in the future!!!

Henry was very professional and extremely knowledgeable with his trade! We had a very complicated job and he got it done in 2 hours effectively and efficiently! I will be using this company moving forward and highly recommend to family and friends.

Jorge was great, a true professional! Not only is he personable, but he does good quick work informing me each step of progress made. He install a gas line into our house without issue. Is knowledgeable and conscientious. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my new appliance. I strongly recommend him and NH Ross.
A few months later, Steven B. did an Air Conditioner evaluation.
We decided I would be best served by installing the Pristine Air system for cleaner, fresher and healthier air.
Steven was excellent to work with. He explained everything step by step. I feel more confident using my air conditioner now. I highly recommend Steven and NH Ross.

Brian and Paul did phenomenal work and are very good people. They jumped a cable to my mother’s oxygen concentrator before doing major electrical work. Without even asking them.

Amazing service. Hot water heater broke unexpectedly and this company was extremely quick and professionally, I spoke to them Friday, got a quote Saturday and they were here putting in my new set up by Monday. All on a holiday weekend. Super great guys and super great company! And on top of the amazing service, their pricing was very fair. Don’t look any further if you need a plumbing and heating company.

NH Ross showed up on time and our appointment was very soon after talking to them about work that we needed done. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Paul and Matt explained everything during and after the job. Easy to work with!

Ed was very nice guy to work with. He visited to convert our heating system from oil to gas. Took very careful inspection of our current and made very detail inspection which anybody else did before. I recommend him without any reservations.
