Shoe Dept. Encore

This store is not the place to shop, recently found out that the upper management is making the employees work without breaks, fired the only good thing the place had because he wanted a break after 8 hours of work, due to lack of employees they told him he can't take a break because they busy, and the upper management didn't have his back , I was there to witness this , very poorly ran , please do not shop there, let's not let them disrespect our children, thanks

Great place to find decently priced shoes, backpacks, and a small selection of socks. My daughter can always find a nice selection to choose from. Don't forget to check their discount area. I added a photo of her new school shoes. I believe they were $44.99.

Great place to get name brand shoes at an affordable price. Decent selection of shoes in larger sizes too. (M12-13) I have bought numerous pairs of shoes over the years here. Bought a pair here last week.
Sure hope they stay open and Eastgate Mall owners help these tenants.

Shoe dept.encore is the best! If you can't find something there you like then we'll let's just say they have every kind of tennis shoe available a lot of variety! And the prices are great , staff super helpful and nice, the place is pretty big for a show store, my experience there was just awesome!

I have worked at the lovely Shoe Dept. for some time now & it has been the best job experience I’ve ever had. Our staff tries to make everyone feel at home when walking in the doors & we try to satisfy the shoe needs of every customer! 10/10 would recommend

I thought the shoe Dept in the east gate mall was way better and had more of a variety of shoes than the north gate mall. I found some shoes I liked at the north gate mall but they did not have them in my size the sales lady told me and my husband about the one in the east gate mall not only did I get two pair of shoes rather than one the sales women at the store were very nice and helpful.

The manger and sales associates really do a good job of making sure I’m taken care of and feel accepted. I would strongly recommend coming into this store to just experience the overall joy that comes with this shopping experience. 12/10 would shop at again

Christmas shopping completed here with great deals on children's shoes, boots, & socks, just wish they had knee high socks for women. Great granddaughters love the merry go round. 🎠

They're deals on shoes are soooo good and they sell all sorts of different brands and types of shoes! I buy shoes there every time I'm at the mall, and it's my favorite shoe store by far!

Love this shoe store. I have a large shoe size to be a woman normally I have to go to men's shoes to find a fit but not at this store they have my size in pink shoe.

They sell Puma shoes, I love my Puma's. Not many places sell Puma brand, love this place!!
