I came into the store at Eastgate, Ohio location. I was shopping and almost ready to checkout when a really nice lady was rolling clothing by and happened ti mention the sales. Thank you Brandy for approaching us. We found so many deals! Exceptional customer service and gold star review from our family. I love shopping at JCPENNEY'S for children's clothing and more I just can't wait until JCPENNEY'S has their jewelry on sale again so that I can buy me some jewelry for my self

This is the biggest store in this mall since the mall is slowly dying off. I got a couple bathing suits. I love that thru have a plus size section upstairs. The woman checking me out also threw on a coupon which saved me some money. That was nice of her. I believe they have a sephora too for all you girly girls out there.

Love this store! This store is amazing. They have GREAT customer service here. I’m always greeted by multiple people. They are very friendly. I have never once had a bad experience. Went to return something and had amazing customer service. Above and beyond. The women was very very nice. The only con that I have is the upstairs dressing rooms are not open so you have to go downstairs. Kinda of annoying if you have to get more sizes etc. Another con is I wish they had more selection of sizes/colors out. But other than that I highly recommend. Very clean store as well. Will continue to return. Thanks for making me have a great experience time and time again!

My most favorite place to shop! Good prices, nice staff. They are short on staff but so is every one else. The staff that are there are awesome! :)

I really enjoy Eastgate JCPenney due to more selections and bigger clothing areas. I believe they can use more associates. Every where all over is hiring. Customer service was okay.

Got a few last minute gifts for family. The sales man at the counter was so friendly to myself and my 2 girls with me. My 2 yr old was all smiles at the register talking to him. Very friendly older gentlemen wish more retail employees were like him.

Great selection of clothing for the whole family and they always seem to have a sale going on which is perfect for my budget. It's a perfect place to get all of my clothes for vacation, work and even formal attire. Love!!!

Had an awesome experience at this store in the Men's department and I really appreciate the assistance and knowledge from the associate who made sure I maximized my value on sale items and saved well over 50% on my purchases. That's customer service!! Well done!! So many other associates and clothing stores could learn from this experienced associate!!

Only place I buy dress shirts. Always have 20% off coupons. If you don't have one, the cashier will usually scan one in for you. (Even though they're not really supposed to)
Pants are a little expensive, but nice. Good place to buy a decent suit cheap. Not a nice one, but ok if you're not trying to spend hundreds.
