Outstanding customer service from this agency!

I recently called for a auto quote. The agent, called me back and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through the quote and explain in detail.

Unfortunately, I was denied coverage because Allstate does not count indemnity as insurance history. However, the agent was very understanding and explained the situation to me in a clear and concise way.

I was impressed with Andrea's team professionalism and customer service. They went above and beyond to help me, even though I was unable to purchase insurance from her agency. I would highly recommend the Andrea Sheren Allstate agency to anyone looking for auto insurance.

We had Allstate with Andrea, we never had a concern or problem. My husband changed Insurance thinking he would save money. This was a BIG mistake. The level of experience and quality of care could not be matched.

Plumbing issues needed 5 holes drilled through our floors find and repair leaks. since it required two separate visits and many hours to locate and repair the leaks that were under my slab , there were two separate claims and claims adjusters. Both were thorough and very helpful to resolving the claims and damages to our satisfaction. We appreciate Andrea's team for all their help very much!

Have had Allstate Insurance since the 80's with auto and home. Now things have changed new owner from my broker but everything is better with the technology we have today. But besides all that Andrea and her staff still have the time to pick up the phone and reach out to their clients to make sure you satisfied and answer any questions. My family and I have been very satisfied and happy with the service we have received from our agent Andrea and her office staff. They have made it very easy and comfortable to work with them concerning our insurance needs in home and auto. I recommend them highly.

Andrea and her staff are very kind and helpful I loved her team and working with them directly, however I do not recommend Allstate as a policy holder. The company itself is very unorganized any time Andreas office was closed on a weekend I would call the 800 number for Allstate and then be transferred to local offices in Florida who have no record of my policy and then instruct me to call back on a weekday during normal business hours

Andrea is the best insurance agent I've ever worked with - constantly on top of renewals, making sure I get the best price, always ready to answer a question, and more generally, just always available.

When we heard from your agency, we were planning to shop for a new company. When we contacted you, we were given a quote which was much lower than we were paying for the same coverage. Everything to change our insurance carrier was done quickly and was exactly as we had been quoted. We are very satisfied.

When I had a claim, it was quick and easy.
I always get to speak with a real person and don't have to go through long automated phone systems.
I get periodic phone calls asking if I'd like to review my policy or letting me know if any changes have occurred in my coverage.

My experience with Allstate could not been better. I was leaving NYCM insurance that I had been with since 1996. NYCM had changed for the worse and their actions were now egregious in nature. I was in a panic to leave NYCM- ASAP!
My contact at Allstate was Lisa McDonnell ,who immediately calmed me down. She worked with me through all my extensive list of questions and had the patience of a saint. I felt comfortable that she was going to treat me fairly and find me the best rates. Lisa’s quotes were more than fair and I was very pleased with the professionalism: care, compassion, work ethic, and concern she displayed.
