For years now I have been using Tom at Custom Collision. He has always taken the time to accommodate me when I have needed some paint work done. He always is honest and fair. 5 stars all the way. I would definitely recommend him for your auto collision needs.

I unfortunately got into a car accident about a month ago. I was unsure on where to go with my car as I’m new to the area, and it was my first car accident. My husband found custom collision specialties in middle island to be the best fit, and seriously all these reviews speak for themselves. Tom was the most honest, reliable man, and got my car done and kept me updated on progress. It took less than a month to get my car back and when I first saw my car i thought it was brand new. Met Tom, one of the owners, when I brought my 2021 Prius Prime PHEV needing body work (rear quarter panel, passenger door, trim damaged when I got too close to garage entryway). He was fair, thorough, honest, approachable, and the work performed -- which included body work, painting, sealing -- was top-notch, excellent. Vehicle looks like new. On top of that, I was headed out of town and needed my vehicle back asap, which he accommodated. Overall, a very positive experience and outcome. Thankful, I was referred to him. Highly recommend!

I had a stripped screw on my BMW 330XI and this awesome team helped me remove it. They saved me hundreds of dollars for a DISA Valve that I was rebuilding. I was able to get it out to rebuild it because of them and I'm forever grateful. I love the team at Custom Collisions. I am so impressed with the work done on my car. I had a meeting with a fence and scratched my back bumper and panel. Tom took a peek and gave me a ballpark cost. We agreed and my part was ordered and he had my car fixed in a couple days. I look at it and honestly, It looks as great as the day I drove it off the lot. Honest, quick turnaround and reasonable prices. He also gave me a discount because I'm a first responder.

I've had work on my Prelude done here twice and these guys are fantastic. Just recently I had a new front bumper and aftermarket spoiler done. They gave me a lower quote than anyone else around, had the job done in less than a day and the paint is excellent. Highly recommended

Recently I had my rear bumper repaired for my 2014 Toyota Tundra. Tom was polite and very helpful. While the truck was being repaired tom noticed other scratches on the truck and informed me. I made an appointment and had those scratches repaired. All repairs were very reasonable being I paid cash. I definitely recommend tom and custom collision to everyone. You won't be disappointed.

I dealt directly with Tom from Custom Collision who did some custom work installing a front fascia and exhaust system on my 2015 Mustang. All parts were installed within the time-frame given by the aftermarket manufacturers, and he even went the extra mile to tack weld the exhaust and enforce some of the electrical wiring on the new front at no extra charge. He went over the entire installation process in detail and was happy to answer any questions. I'd definitely recommend Custom Collision for any work you need done and would bring my car back to them without hesitation.
