Best shop around no doubt.. Theo the owner is a super friendly and knowledgeable guy. Bobby the head technician is one of the best bike mechanics around as well as Sonny with years of experience as a mechanic. Combine that with fair and reasonable prices and you have a successful business recipe. Only local shop that is still doing quality work in my opinion.

Best bike shop around! Wish I knew about this place sooner, it's a one stop shop for any make of motorcycle and any type of repair/maintenance/modification that you can think of. I have a custom 2011 Harley Nightrod and a 2012 zx10r that I will only bring here for ANY kind of work. The owner Theo is a pleasure to do business with, always very polite and courteous. Can't say enough good things about this place; they are fair, honest and communicative about everything. This is a place you can TRUST, they treat the bikes and the customers with the utmost respect. Hard to find a genuine place like this, they are more than deserving of any new business that comes their way. As a motorcycle rider of 17years, I highly recommend this place and I wouldn't bring my bikes anywhere else!

Great work done in a reasonable amount of time and for a great price. Got tires and a clutch service on my 2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 and they even worked with my to upgrade the clutch spring to a heavier duty one. Incredibly fair pricing and the work came out incredible. Made the bike perform and handle like brand new!

Brought my 1995 ultra classic down for new tires and brakes/rotors Bobby and Theo looked over the whole bike and made sure it was safe and didn’t need anything else. Brought my 2010 sportster there for tires also and they go above and beyond to look over your bike to make sure it’s safe for you definitely recommend the team at cpm every bike I get I bring there and never had a problem there good people

I brought my bike here after two other shops wanted nothing to do with it. CPM was fantastic! They really went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I brought an electrical nightmare running on one cylinder to them and they fixed every problem they could find! I would absolutely bring my bike back here for service and repairs.

Finally got here after hearing a lot of positive feedback. Only needed an inspection, but I'll be back for more service. Not easy to find a reliable bike shop that does quality work

Absolutely amazing shop. From my first time walking in to the bike being back on the road my experience was outstanding. The turn around time for them to get a custom clutch cable was 1/4 what was estimated and the repair was done quick. The bike was picked up from my house, and I gave them a quick run down of what was wrong. Before I knew it the bike was running better then before. The metric tech is tremendous, and Theo is a great owner. Calls and texts routinely to updated and ask other questions about what was going on with the bike, and just to keep me updated. I WON’T TAKE MY BIKE ABYWHERE ELSE BUT CPM.

Brought my 18 year old Sportster in to get road worthy after a few years of neglect. CPM team had me back on the road in a week in tip top shape.

Worked with Bill. Absolutely professional and courteous. This is my first bike and Bill walked me through everything. I had a carburetor problem, and he walked me through best case and worst case scenarios so there were no surprises. He showed me the parts book with pricing and made sure I knew how many hours of labor would be charged. He said it would be two weeks, they were done in 1. Picked up the bike, and road it home... night and day difference. My bike was perfect. Thank you Bill to you and your team. Great experience!

Went by the reviews and decided to take my bike there to have suspension but on and these guys are awesome! I highly recommend using them for any type of service. Will continue to use them in the future. Even asked for an inspection and they were sure! They are beyond fair with pricing and above and beyond service. If you work done go to them.

Absolutely the best shop on the Island. Theo and Bob are awesome and very detail oriented. Had them do a stage 2 upgrade with Cams, lifters, rods, hi flow air filter and rear shocks installed on my 2019 SGS, then had them Dyno tune with awesome numbers. These guys take their time to ensure the customer is extremely happy. Picked Guenhwyvar (my bike) up yesterday and even though I only had the chance to ride her home, I could tell the difference immediately. I cant wait to really get on her this weekend. A++++ Shop, only place I will bring her moving forward.

I bought a 74 HD after not riding for a long long time. The bike had been in storage for years. I brought it to CPM for tires, brakes etc. they kept me updated on the work and let me know before doing anything beyond what I had asked for. Because I had not ridden in so long I had a bunch of questions. Everyone took their time to answer my questions ( some of which were probably dumb) and went out of their way to help. Even though they were at closing time they took their time. Everyone was beyond nice. Bike is running nice. I will be going back.

These guys are great. They installed a power commander v and dyno tuned my 2017 honda cbr500r. They did a fantastic job. Bill is a great guy and his staff was great. Don't hesitate to hit them up you won't be disappointed.

This place is a home-run from anything to basic maintenance and repair to big upgrades and jobs. Bill, the owner is a very awesome guy, very easy to talk to and will listen to your situation. I personally had Bobby doing the work on my harley. Bobby offers decades of experience and knowledge; and loves to walk you through his work. The entire staff at CPM was great. No hidden charges or fees and always maintained an open line of communication. Anytime there were changes to be made or ideas, they called me right away. Very honest and transparent to say the least. I would definitely 10/10 recommend. God bless.

One of the best shops I've ever dealt with. Just got my bike back today. They did beyond phenomenal work to get me ready for the season. Literally the only shop my motorcycle will be getting serviced at. From beginning to end every step of the process was explained to me in detail. Great communication and great service. I couldn't be happier

This is my first visit to CPM motorsports and I have to say so far so good so I dropped off my bike today to get 2 new tires and a set of hand grips installed I spoke to Bill the owner and Bob one of his mechanic both were extremely professional, polite and helpful and explained every detail and even with all that work to do Bill still said he could have it ready by tomorrow. I told him to take his time I’ll be picking it up on Thursday as far as the price goes I thought he was extremely fair with a price of $330 for the tires and that includes balancing. Plus around $50 for the hand grips. Compared to Harley Davidson of Suffolk that wanted $780 just for the tires to be installed. So I’m looking forward to seeing my bike when he’s finished and I will give a follow-up review to let you know how it turns out.
