Had a great experience. The guys were great and took good care of me. Got me straightened out on my bike and tuned up and showed me how to do it myself. Got me all fixed up and on my way. Absolutely will be going back for all my biking needs.

Great people here! Had an issue with my chain rubbing, he fiddled with it for a minute or two and it was fixed. Wouldn't even let me pay him! Even shared that my bike was too small for me in a nice but hilarious way. 😅
I'll be back for sure.

Best bike shop around. Had a missing bolt for a stem and the guys were very friendly. Went and checked other bikes they had in the back and were able to get me what I needed. I've spent 3 days going to every hardware store and even other bike shops in the area but
none as friendly and helpful as Cyclist Connection Guys!!!

Best bike shop in Central Ohio. Rick & his team replaced tires, brake pads and tightened up the brakes on my e-bike (HeyBike brand). They had it fixed up in no time so I could be back on the road! Their service rates are very affordable. They also have a large selection of bikes, accessories & parts.

I’ll be bringing my business here for any and all future needs!

Best cycle shop in Central Ohio. I have been taking my 40 year old Schwinn CrissCross in for inflation and tune ups and this group is great. Highly recommend for experienced or neighborhood cruisers to consider purchasing bike from here.

Hands down the BEST best bike shop in central Ohio. Every time I go there I am treated like family. Ric has built a great business focused to n the customer first. Damon is the best mechanic there is! If you are looking for a bike or just service, you can’t do better that Cyclist Connection!

My wife and I can’t say enough about Cyclist Connections absolute superb costumer service. Rick and his team have taken care of our bikes whenever we’ve needed them. Every time we go in they give us the best advice, have the highest professional bike service, and best of all treat us like friends. We talk bikes, cycling groups, and even Disney! Trust us when we say there’s not a better location in the Columbus area.

These folks are awesome. Knowledgeable about every aspect of modern/older bikes. Took a used bike in for some adjustments and Mark had my bike trail worthy the same week doing only what needed to be done. Highly recommend.

Spoke with Ric on email regarding availability on my Giant Contend AR 4(I was lucky enough to find one!!) and he and his techs helped me set it up, get it riding and got me fit. They were extremely busy but still helped out in an awesome way. This is a brand new hobby for me and sometimes going into bike shops not knowing anything can be very intimidating. All of them were super helpful and kind and I will be returning for everything else I need!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the guys at the shop. I took an older bike in to have it looked at to see if it was even worth saving. They said it was in great shape and needed nothing. They put air in the tires adjusted the seat & handlebars and said it was good to go at no charge wow!!!!! These guys have been taking care of my family’s bikes for a very long time they do a fabulous job. They’re honest,friendly& knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone needing parts, repairs or even a new bike!

Good experience with the shop mechanic. I took my bike in to have the chain replaced and the rear gear cluster cleaned and lubricated. The job was well done, timely and fairly priced. The mechanic took the time to explain the service and chat about rides and other events related to the shop. I'll certainly be back.

Was in town for the weekend, staying at the Doghouse. Decided to rent a couple of bikes for a ride into Columbus, chose the up-level bikes for myself and my wife. The crew at Cyclist Connection went above and beyond to make sure both me and my wife were happy with our rentals. Rob even picked us up! If we lived in the central Ohio area we would be customers for life. I can not say enough about how well they treated us...and we were just renting! I would love the level of service for all my purchases.

Picked my bicycle up today from getting out together and they did great! The dude helped me put on another seat I had purchased at time of pickup and helped adjust the seat after I rode it for a second and felt it was too high. He even gave me a allenhead tool so I could adjust it myself. Amazing staff and customer service is on par.
