Great service, love checking in online! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
There were other people there waiting, I don't think they knew they could check in online because they didn't seem happy that I was called before them.

There was a lobby full of people when I arrived. I thought I would be there all day. They were Super fast taking care of everyone. I was finished and back to work in 20 minutes! Loved that everyone working was friendly and smiling.

Stupendous (Flawless perfect experience) There were at least 3, maybe 4 Employees. All were in a great mood, and absolutely know their job well. I was in, and out in 5 minutes.

Very busy but all the employees were upbeat and engaging. In the past there were times it was depressing and you felt like you were being a bother. Someone needs to be applauded for the great customer service.

I was able to check in online which made my wait on line shorter. The workers were all friendly and efficient. I was able to get in and out in about ten minutes. The parking lot doesn't look as nice as the branch at Bechtle, but it saved a lot of time.

It was very busy but we did not have to wait long. Everyone that works here are very friendly and customer service oriented. I will not go anywhere else for my license and registration needs.

It was very packed on a Monday at almost 4, and for a monday thats to be expected, and the workers moved as quickly as possible. I go once a month and they're all very nice to me.

With everything going on today they did a great job. It was pretty busy but they were moving people through efficiently and were even wiping down chairs and surfaces as needed. Very polite and professional.

Quickest and nicest BMV I've ever been to. Jerrod was very nice and got me in and out before the lunch rush.

This BMV is usually very busy in the afternoons. Because of Covid, when I arrived, I signed in, filled out any paperwork needed, and had a seat. Eventually there were people outside waiting. My wait was less than 30 minutes. The people who work at this BMV are always pleasant, and have no problem explaining things.
