I accidentally left my rings in homemade cleaner overnight which caused my yellow gold wedding band to turn reddish burgundy. The jeweler was so caring and kind. He restored it to its beautiful original color in just a few minutes. It looks brand new! You totally blessed me. Thank you so very much!!!

We will never go anywhere else when needing jewelry or repairs. Lynn and his wonderful staff (Marci is amazing) go above and beyond when helping you create special pieces to last for years to come. They will help you with picking out a gift, no matter the cost. Lynn knows his stuff and can answer any questions you have. You will not get a more personalized experience. It's not about the sale for them, but building relationships. After my dad passed they helped me with resetting a ring of his. It didn't matter how long it took me, they were there to help and appreciate the sentiment it was to me. Something I'll never forget.

I went into Shaw & Son this morning with a bent prong on my engagement ring. They fixed it immediately, cleaned it and handed it back to me without charging me. I was fully expecting them to take it for a few weeks to fix or at least charge me for their services. I was taken back and almost cried, they have no idea how much that impacted me!

Shaw & Son Family Jewelers created a wonderful Christmas present for my wife. It was a silver heart with both of our children's birthstones and names. It also had a large initial of my wife's name. She loved it.

I come to these guys whenever I need some repairs on my Timex watches. They always give me a great price and get it handled in good time. I love supporting small businesses and I think very highly of the people that work here.

I'd walked by the shop several times, so I decided to stop in when I finally built up the courage to have my wedding set redesigned for our 15th anniversary. Len (Lyn? I'm sorry!) was awesome at walking me through it and offering suggestions. My options were a) weld them together, b) merge the larger diamond onto the band, or c) draw up a completely new design, with the prices going up for each option. I decided to go with b), and the results are amazing! I love that it still has the same overall feel of my original set, but sleeker and more updated. He suggested the bezel setting, and I went with a half bezel. And I personally don't care that I have one ring instead of two, this fits my style much more. I never wanted a bigger, fancier diamond. I wanted MY rings, just...updated! They nailed it. And it costs so much less than buying new rings, too! Thank you SO much!

The attention the gave us was amazing! They were very kind too! They gave us many options and were extremely patient, they listened to us and gave us exactly what we asked for in our wedding rings.

Had an ID bracelet engraved for my grandson's Birthday. They did a fabulous job!!! Looks GREAT! They got it done in a timely manner. Definitely, do business with them again. Nice people too!!!

I bought my ring at Kohl’s and they don’t do repairs of any kind. Both jewelers in River Valley Mall said that my morganite couldn’t be cleaned and that it would ALWAYS be cloudy and that I would have to get it replaced. Shaw’s proves them wrong! They fixed my prong and cleaned my ring so well. It’s the cleanest it’s been since I got engaged!

Wonderful to have a small town family owned jewler!! Bought our wedding rings here 32 years ago and other items over the years. We drive an hour to shop here!!
