We have a very large house that needed a roof replacement. We decided to get multiple estimates. Roof Dog came in the lowest, but that’s not necessarily the way to choose a company. Sometimes it’s the way to rule a company out! But when Dale Fent came to take measurements he was very thorough. He noticed the original roof had no ice guard protection, so he wrote that into the contract. (It’s a state law since 2010). The other 2 estimates did not mention ice guard. (It’s important because this country home gets a lot of wind, snow and ice and our 17 year old home had an issue where water was running down an interior wall a couple years back). He brought sample books and helped us pick the color. He brought a team out the very next week. The guys were very knowledgeable and efficient. We watched the work and was amazed at the speed and yet, they were cautious to check out everything really well. The guys did our entire roof in a day and a 1/2 and it looks amazing! They cleaned up the yard well afterwards. We give them an A+++ and recommend Roof Dog. The extra + was for bringing Clyde the Roof Dog’s dog to the house when we signed the papers.

The Roof Dog team checked the damage, and helped me deal with my insurance company to get a new roof. This included fixing the base structure, replacing the broken roof parts and taking off unnecessary vents.

What I liked most was how fast they worked. The team came early in the day and finished the whole job by afternoon. They were quick but also very careful to make sure the work was done well.

I was also happy with how much they kept me in the loop. Dale, the owner, kept me up-to-date with everything, and helped me understand how to work with the insurance company. The service was well-priced for the great work and customer service I got.

I recommend Roof Dog LLC for any work on roofs, sides of houses, or gutters. They're a skilled team who care about doing a good job, making their customers happy, and being professional. Their 5-star service fixed my damaged roof and made the outside of my house better, more attractive and last longer.

We had storm damage to our roof. We got several estimates for shingle & metal. Roof dog was by far the best in price and professionalism. The workers showed up and got our roof done in a couple days and again they were very friendly and did a great clean up job. Would definitely recommend

This company does great work! We had a metal roof installed and 2 skylights replaced. They showed up for the estimate, (I called 4 companies -2 other local companies set up a time and didn't show) the price was very fair compared to another estimate I received, they completed the work in a timely fashion and it looks beautiful. I don't have any complaints about them at all. Rob was the guy I dealt with the most and he is honest, hard working, and dependable. If I need any roof work done in the future I will definitely call them again.

I had a great experience with this company. The price of the job (tear off and replace) was very fair. The owner of the company is a good guy. The crew that completed the job was also very polite. Our new roof looks great. We're very satisfied.

Bad customer service. Contacted them for a quote. They came out and sent me pics and said the issue. Then was like do you want a quote? Um yeah that’s y I called. They said we will get it back to you. I waited several days then contacted again for my quote and was told “we are working on it right now” several days later still no response. I contacted them multiple times and they kept putting me off. Poor customer service. If you don’t want the job just say that. Wouldn’t recommend just based off service

I’ve had a contract since April 28th for a small job. I was told the next week when I called I was on the list for the next week. It rained all that week so that’s understandable but I’ve not had any response back from the owner since I signed. I’ve called the office every 2 weeks and I’m told they’ll give him the message. No return calls from him ever. No one is that busy to make a 2 minutes call. Now 2 1/2 months later still nothing done or any communication. This had possibilities to turn into 3 full roofing jobs but I’ll look elsewhere.

Stay away at all costs!! If you want someone that shows up to an appointment, DO NOT make one with this guy! I had one for an estimate and he called and left a message stating he was running late and for me to call back. I called twice and left two messages that day with NO response. It’s now been two days and still nothing. Incompetent and unreliable company, invest your money elsewhere! I’ve also noticed a pattern of the same horrible experiences with a lot of other people with this company..... I went with Espinosa roofing!

Absolutely no customer service. Showed up and gave a good quote. Accepted the job and I never heard from them again. I called back after a month and was told they would get the job done that week. That was 2 weeks ago. Stay away from this company.
