My SO and I purchased a home not too long ago and I was very surprised at the great rates, and most of all.. the most friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Brooklyne took care of my needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely be referring all of my friends and family, so they can have the same stellar experience that I did.

I spoke initially with Steve Sweeney who pointed to the quick-photo app process for my first auto-claim.

His team-member Larry Marshall went as far as making a 3-way conference-call to be on the line with me when dealing with Allstate claims call-center in order to make sure claim moved along.
With every encounter I found Larry Marshall professional, personable, readily available, and always willing to work to solve any issue or concern I had.

I am very satisfied with Cassandra Collins helping my family save money with our home/auto insurance. She went above and beyond to help us get a better quote then what we previously paid with our other company. I'd highly recommend her because she is fast, professional and friendly.

Great, thorough, professional,helpful staff. Type of folks who help in an emergency, like when a Roadside insurance they offer paid room & board + incidentals while we were stuck out of town. Im in awe of their customer care skills. I am a vet and had USAA, thinking it was the best deal. Allstate is saving me money, and I get a human instead of voice prompts when I call.
