Fantastic Deck construction:

My wife and I decided to contract Sunrise Roofing to replace our 30 year old deck at our home in Nesconset. Shefield was a “No Nonsense” sales person and did a great job explaining the process and detailing the costs so we could easily understand. He gave us a start date and 3 days before that date, we received a courtesy call to let us know that the crew will be coming as scheduled.

Ramush and his crew were very professional and clean. They worked very hard for 5 days to complete the refurbished deck and it came out fantastic! Better than we anticipated. Ramush always politely answered any questions that I had during construction and he never came to me looking for extra money for the typical “unforeseen” problems. As you can see from the pictures the deck came out great and we are very happy with the entire experience. 5 stars for Ramush and his crew!!!

Wow, finally a company who is honest and only charges for the actual (great) work that they do!

Sunrise roofing did major fixes to my roof a year ago and unlike the other companies who would only work if I got a new roof, they told me what I would need soon, but did not push it.

This month there was a leak around the attic fan and the front desk was very kind, making my appointment within 2 days! Shefeld was at the door with a great smile and a professional work ethic. He fixed the problem quickly and without charge because they had done work here before and it was quick. Who does that anymore?!?

AMAZING company; I wish more were Iike this--it is the reason I will always call Sunrise Roofing from Medford, and give their name out as a referral.

Had two steel chimney chase caps and pipes replaced, and an attic ventilation fan replaced by Dure. He provided me aerial pictures of before during and after job. Nice touch, as can’t really see from street. Excellent workmanship and cleanup. Very polite and professional workers.

We hired Sunrise to do a complete rebuild on one chimney and a repoint w/new liner install on our other one. They did an outstanding job all around. Eddie did a great job with the estimate and working with me on a competitive price, the office staff (Tammy and Lisa) was very responsive and also helped get the specific brick that we wanted, and Roberto & team did a fantastic job with the rebuild. We're very happy with their work.

Sunrise came to my house and did a fantastic job installing an attic fan, clearing out my chimney and made general roof repairs. They worked diligently and efficiently. I highly recommend!

We used these folks for the first time to repair/replace the top of our chimney. We were very pleased with their professionalism on the job and in the office. We were especially pleased that they were licensed and insured in an area where many contractors are not. In all my contacts with the office, I spoke with a live person and not an answering machine. The experience was first-rate in an era when it is increasingly difficult to find honest, competent contractors. We would use them again.

Can’t say enough how amazing sunrise roofing was to us. We had a pretty bad roof that needed lots of work. They came out gave us very detailed process of what was needed and worked with us. Been searching for a company to get my roof done for a few years. I went with these guys after they did my neighbors roof. They were absolutely amazing. The price was reasonable. The work was very neat and clean. The entire process was worry/stress free. After this experience I'm probably going to get future work done from them as well.

After choosing Sunrise Roofing based on their Google reviews, Eddie came to my home to give me an estimate. He was very professional and courteous and have me an estimate after he explained everything and addressed my questions and concerns. I was in contact with the office a couple of times and spoke to Lisa and she was so extremely helpful and accommodating. Tracy in the office was very nice as well. They completed the job to my satisfaction and then some. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking for a new or replacement roof!

I am writing to report that after a few issues we encountered with the work done by Sunrise, they were very responsive to our concerns in a timely manner. We hired an outside contractor to correct the issues and Sunrise covered the cost right away to make it right. Kudos to Sunrise Roofing and Chimney and Office Manager Lisa for helping us with our problem until they were sure we were satisfied! It was refreshing to find a company who was so concerned with their customer's satisfaction.

The roofing & chimney repair I had done by them was grade A, giving me the satisfaction i desired. Sunrise Roofing is top notch. I got many estimates for a flat roof and a second story deck with a staircase and Sunrise Roofing was the least expensive, most professional and the only company that gave me a written estimate the same day. My village is extremely strict when it comes to permits and inspections, but Sunrise Roofing was accommodating and made the process as seamless as possible. They ended up having to work more days than expected due to delays with my inspector, and didn’t give me any problems with that. Sheffield and his workers are amazing. They are all very knowledgeable and hard working. Sheffield’s brother Ramos was one of the workers and also ran the crew. I couldn’t be happier with my roof and new deck. It looks better than I could’ve imagined. Thank you Sheffield and Ramos. I would 100% recommend Sunrise Roofing to anyone that needs work on a roof or deck!
