Dr. Kaplan is board-certified in both pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine.
He is very experienced, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and attend to my needs.
In addition, his staff is friendly and efficient.

Dr. Kaplan is a very knowledgeable and compassionate provider. He takes the time to talk with you and makes you feel comfortable in the treatment plan that he is recommending. I would feel confident referring him to any of my friends or family that need help with their pulmonary issues.

When I was in the waiting room (not long, of course), I noticed how pleasant, courteous and helpful his staff was. Heck, I told him even his patients sitting in the waiting room with me were pleasant, courteous and helpful!

The best pulmonary group in Northern Ohio. Dr. Gary Kaplan diagnosed and continues to treat my sleep apnea and other respiratory concerns. His NP support staff is excellent for ongoing care and initial diagnosis.

The entire staff is friendly and very professional. Dr. Kaplan listen to my questions and answered them in a way that made me feel like my visit was important to him. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

This office is very disorganized. I suffer from severe sleep apnea and I have been without my machine for 6 months. I needed a titration study which I repeatedly called Dr Kaplan office for and they kept telling me the results weren’t in yet. Well guess what they were! I obtained my own medical records and read my report! I eventually got in to see Lisa NP and discuss my options. I need further follow up and no one is returning my messages that I leave at the front desk. I’m literally about to drop this office entirely and seek a new Pulmonologist. This is my health and I’m not getting ANYWHERE with Dr Kaplan office !

I had an appointment with Dr Blair and on my chest screening went there so I eventually got a CAT scan of my chest and he didn’t answer me or give me my results I just read them at through Lake Health connect. Then I found a CT scan of my chest it wasn’t done at Lake West and I brought it into the office and I strictly gave this girl instructions on what to do she said he’s not in today I’ll put it on his desk and she wrote down everything that I said. I never heard from the doctor at all about anything not very good at following up with people I don’t know what he does all day

Had a reaction to the oxygen they prescribed for sleeping. I had a reaction to the oxygen and Dr Blair would not even call me back after 2 day. So I terminated my relationship with them and took control over my own health.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had from any doctors that I've seen. Waited a month to get results and am still waiting. Totally disorganized.
