10/2023 Update: Since Karen took over as manager this location has great customer service and if they don't have a product they make sure to order it right away . It has greatly improved from a few years ago. They also have the best stock of the color line I use than any other location.

This store is for professionals only so if you do not have a “blue and white” you cannot shop here. As a hair professional it’s my candy store

WHEN I SAY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STORE! I received help from Denni, she was so helpful and really helped me with product selections.
She was very kind and and knowledgeable, I also loved how well kept they kept the store I told her I’ll be coming back soon 😊

Overall I would rate the customer service experience and store 5 stars.

I truly wish the associate at the Hampton store that was there today worked at the Cosmo Prof in St Charles. Then I wouldn't have to travel so far to get my products. I'm not a fan of some of the employees at St Charles.

had a very unprofessional interaction with a different cosmoprof as they let me purchase items without fully signing up and then wouldn’t let me return my stuff.

came to this location today and had no problems and got my stuff returned right away with a wonderful and friendly lady! definitely worth driving the extra distance to come to this location! thank you!

Cosmoprof is my favorite beauty supply stop and the Hampton location is hands down the best location around the city. The ladies there are always friendly and helpful. I can always find what I need. They are hardly ever out of a product. Licensed beauticians only!

THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP IF YOUR A HAIR PROFESSIONAL WITH A LICENSE!!! The store managers name is kendrea and she is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I love shopping here!

I never knew there was a beauty supply here until my friend asked me to come with her to visit the shop. It's squeezed right into the corner of this Hampton plaza next to Smiles Coffeehouse. You need to be a certified professional to shop here FYI.

We were looking for a keratin smoothing treatment. Julie was the sales associate who helped us out; she was very knowledgable and honest. She offered lots of product options for my friend's fine, frizzy hair. Best of all, the products she recommended were on sale!

They have a lot of the popular brands (OPI, CND, Hempz, Joico, Wella, etc.) There's also a State Beauty Supply across the street so make sure to check both places out to compare prices before purchasing an item.

Bottom line: we'll be coming back to visit. They have new specials/sales every month!

Better customer service than State. Always have stocked items, unlike State.

Best beauty supply store, however they require you to have a cosmetology lisence to purchase their products.
