He showed up to measure as promised, and showed up on delivery day right on time. Carpet looks excellent. Only hiccup was somehow part of the carpet didn’t get brought out for installation. But contacted the company while the installers were there and they brought it out to them and got everything complete on the same day. Very happy, would use again!

Jordan and Mike at the Heath location really went the extra mile to make sure I got my product. There was a small initial snag with the order and I wasn't able to pick it up as expected, but Mike made it right, found my boxes of flooring, and personally delivered them to my job site that same afternoon. I appreciated them stepping up with such service! And the flooring is gorgeous!

The carpet we bought is a good grade and we're very happy with it.
Also, the installers were great. There were a lot of cuts that the rooms had, and it all looks wonderful.

Chris helped with advice on which carpeting to choose. Alex did an excellent job of tearing out the old and installing the new carpet, including completely cleaning up. Jay helped with questions along the way. The new stairways look beautiful and we would definitely recommend Rite Rug in Heath, Ohio.

The 2workers showed up right on time, and got busy immediately. I am not sure they even took any breaks. They had to carry very long rolls on their backs. I wish they could have used a cart or helper. I guess the problem was a very sharp right angle turn at the bottom of the stairs. They cleaned up all the scraps and put them in their van. It looks amazing!!

From the sales associates to the installers the experience was excellent! They treated my wife and mother with utmost respect and by the time I was able to see the flooring both associates was great help. Paid and got my floors installed within a week! Will be going back to finish the rest of the house!

Rite Rug installed a beautiful vinyl floor in our living room, dining room and kitchen yesterday. The entire experience from meeting with the manager and having the floor installed was easy and everyone was very nice and professional. Very low profile wool carpet was installed.
It had to have a rolled edge to abutt a wood floor; had to be hand cut to fit against a rustic
stone hearth and had to have an invisible seam in a well lit great room.
The master installer and his assistant accomplished it all.
Both men were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
We are well pleased.

Our salesperson, Jade, brought samples out to the house which was very helpful. The installers, Armando and Jose, were excellent and I was really impressed with their work. We had a little snafu but Jade took care of that right away. So many companies to choose from but I'm glad I called Rite Rug.
