My taste buds did a happy dance at Simple Coffee Co in Mechanicsburg, Ohio! The cinnamon coffee cake was pure bliss: moist, bursting with flavor, and the perfect companion to my dream cappuccino. It was like a symphony of rich espresso and creamy froth, crafted with precision and passion.

The staff? Stellar! Super friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was just the icing on the cake (pun intended) - warm, inviting, and buzzing with positive energy. It's the kind of place you want to linger, sip savoringly, and soak up the good vibes.

Highly recommend to coffee lovers and pastry enthusiasts alike! You won't be disappointed.

I drove by a few times while working and immediately knew I had to stop! Even from the outside this place is so cute, and upon actually visiting it only got better! The staff is incredibly sweet and patient, the decor and atmosphere are both cozy and elegant. My chai was the best I’ve had in a very long time, and the food was actual perfection. I will be returning no doubt, my one and only complaint is that this place isn’t closer to my home!

Cutest little coffee shop! Sweetest workers! You won’t regret coming here! There is plenty of seating and they have cute things for sale. I will definitely be coming back here! I got the caramel blended latter and the chicken pesto sandwich! Soooo good!!

We drove over 50 miles just from reading the positive reviews. It is a lovely, quiet place with good food and very nice people taking your order. We will come back.

Really friendly, bright, clean, large space for coffee, Italian sodas, cookies, pastries, and the like. Lovely open space with plenty of tables and chairs. Super friendly staff/owners. Cool displays with art and t-shirts - especially tie-dyes! Soaps and other nice products too. Coffee was nice and strong, a really fun stop in Mechanicsburg. Def worth a trip!

Great coffee and pleasant atmosphere inside. The coffee was awesome. We also had some cookies, peach turnovers and a scone. The cookies and turnovers were good but seemed to be just undercooked. Needed a bit of browning. The scone was great.

We would definitely return here for coffee and a treat.

Love this place!! Serving Hemisphere coffee any way you like. Delicious muffins, scones, turnovers and the like. The staff is friendly and the building is beautifully redone. A fantastic place to meet friends for coffee or tuck into a corner to read and sip coffee.

My favorite place to stop and grab coffee before work! The staff is always friendly and quick, and it's super cute inside. They really pay attention to the little things!

Fresh food, amazing coffee, very polite staff and cozy atmosphere. My own criticism is that I wish they were open later in the day so I could enjoy the coffee after work too.
