I was referred to this location by a work buddy. John the owner was by-far the one of the nicest and most easy to work with people ever. He did the work, in a quick manner and the price was great. He also ran the recalls on the car as an added service. Great all around experience.

We lost a power steering hose on our work truck. Krauss Garage was able to fix in the same day while we waited. Great customer service. We will definitely use again. Thank you Krauss

Very good mechanic and expedited service at a reasonable cost. Neat freaks be warned and go to a dealership instead. The waiting room is the local Waffle House.

So glad I found a place that is old-school and they don't jack you around. Very up front and knowledgeable staff. They use real tools, not the cheap stuff I've seen at other places and in some dealerships. Reminds me of my Dad's shop back in the day.
