Steak Thyme

My sister and I decided to give this place a try for lunch today. Let me tell you that we are glad we did. We had no idea we had such a hidden gem so close to home. I got the Greek burger with fries and my sister got a gyro with a large side of fries, we both got extra tzatziki sauce. It was so good! My sister loves gyros and this place did not disappoint. My burger was a single but was still huge and I'm glad I didn't get the double or I'd never be able to finish it. Absolutely a 10/10. Next time my sister and I will be dining in!

This place is so good. The service is great and I would recommend to anyone. The chips are amazing by the way

Excellent food. If you've ever been to a Michigan Coney Island or eaten in Greek Town, you know what a good gyro is. This is the best gyro I've had outside of Michigan and perhaps the best falafel I've ever had. Service was excellent and fast. Generous portions and reasonable prices. The made in-house baklava is absolutely delicious

I have visited both spaces. The service here is top-tier. Both environments are warm and welcoming. I had the garlic Philly and it did not disappoint!!! I also had the garlic parm fries and listen!!!!! Gooodddddd!!! From the time I ordered until it came was very quick. Both spaces are clean and tidy. You have a frequent customer in me! -Erica B

I've been sleeping on this place. Wow! Service is amazing, and the food is superb. They have a giant menu as well. I went for the cheese steak, with the garlic aoli, as recommended by the staff. It was great; the bread was just the right amount of crisp vs chewy. Steak to cheese ratio was on point. Got a hummus plate for later in the evening, hummus and the falafel croquettes were perfect. Oh...and hand cut fries.. yeah you already know those were great.

Great food, have yet to try something I haven't liked! Food is always hot, even after a 30min drive home. Prices are a little high, but you are paying for a meal you know you will like every time!

Been coming here since the opened. Ran by an incredibly sweet local family and even though I don't live here any more I always make a point to come by when I'min town. Still one of the best Philly cheesecakes I've ever had. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful restaurant! Jake served myself and my family. His suggestions were delicious and his service was excellent. In the photos are (respectively) the Greek chicken Philly (melts in your mouth), side of falafel (perfection), the pot roast Philly (Jake recommended this. My wife said she wanted another right after the first, even though she was full), and the amazing fresh baked baklava my wife and I shared for dessert. My children ate FREE since we were there on Sunday.

We get used to walking into restaurants and ordering food that ends up looking nothing like it's menu photo; THAT'S NOT THE CASE HERE!!!!
Every dish was perfectly crafted, picturesque and tasted amazing.

The restaurant was impeccably clean and everyone who works there is gracious and welcoming. I felt like they were actually HAPPY to see myself and my family, something that's just lost in a ton of unmentionable big chain restaurants. I highly recommend this establishment. Great place to bring your family.

The pretzels at this place are legen…dary! Seriously, GO! We met Jake, one of the owner/operators and he was so kind and helpful. Our server was amazing and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. The food is nothing short of fabulous! The Bavarian pretzels, steak subs and onion rings are all 👩‍🍳😘. We will be going back and will save room for the homemade baklava! Also, order exter thyme sauce, you’ll thank me later!

I just ordered to gyros plus a tray of baklava. The gyro was fantastic. Meat was very tasty the pita bread was fresh and yummy. I always love their baklava

Delicious food, the staff was attentive and very helpful. The co-owner went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of (especially since I have a gluten allergy). Truly recommend the chicken Philly cheesesteak on the baked potato, as well as the chicken wings. As it was our first time eating there (we are from out of state, visiting family who lives here) and they made recommendations that were absolutely delicious. Everything and everyone was excellent. 10/10 recommend.

Our family LOVES coming to Steak Thyme. The food is the greatest of any local, small business and the service is unmatched. Jake will make sure all your needs are met, and he’s great at making menu recommendations. The food is hot, fresh and served quickly, and the drinks are top notch! FANTASTIC ESTABLISHMENT!

The best fries I’ve had in my life!!! The Mango Habanero chicken Philly was fire! The plating of the food was extremely well done, and the service from my server Jake was above and beyond what I expected! I love this place and will go out of my way to come back here any chance I get!

This place is amazing! I'd list my fave foods but their entire menu is so magnificent its hard to choose. Personally, My most recommended are their classic beef/lamb gyro (one of the best I've had in a long time!) , the greek fries and the Cuban philly cheesesteak. Also amazing people that deserve the support so definitely go visit! I've been so many times and it's always been delicious and I still constantly crave it :)

This place is a Kettering treasure. Family owned and operated, always friendly. Quality is always high. Portions are just right.

Super nice people and the food was fantastic. Best onion rings I’ve had in a long time. Great alternative to my normal every day lunch.

The food here is amazing never in my life have I had an amazing Falafel Sandwich like I did here! And the house made Thyme Infused Ketchup is AMAZING! ( I wish I can rate more then 5 stars!) And the employees are great made us feel like visitors in thier home. Recommending this restaurant to everyone! And yes I bought some of thier house made ketchup lol

Above average baklava and fries, but the steak sandwichs... The steak sandwiches are SO GOOD. Warm, soft bread that's almost certainly fresh baked to perfection, flavorful toppings, just.. everything right. Puts all the other hoagie shops to shame! Service was extremely fast and nice, and my food came quickly.
