I will go again if I get another dog, my 14yr old boy needed to go to sleep and they were MORE than compassionate. The doctor expressed his condolences more than he could it was a great experience I appreciate them so much

My home rescue has been using Urbana Veterinary Clinic for many years and the Vets and staff there are amazing!!! All our special needs, hospice and crazy Chihuahuas love the care they receive from Dr McManus, Dr Cole and the other Vets. We highly recommend taking your pets here!!!

This facility is great. Their staff is so caring, and Dr. Cole does a wonderful job. He's the best vet we've ever seen.

Lisa told me to Come to Urbana veterinary clinic .That day I was seen by Dr.Cole and I don’t even know where to start !!! He was so kind and thorough. He gave me so much information and options. I brought my girl home and started her on the medication immediately and two days in if I took her back to let them see her nobody that had seen her that day would believe she was the same dog. I want to thank Lisa for telling to come there and thank Dr.Cole and all the other kind staff and let you know what blessing you are !

They have always taken fantastic care of our dogs. We drive a good distance to get there and they're definitely worth the drive!

We've taken all of our dogs to this clinic and have been so happy with the staff. Dr. Cole especially takes such good care of both our dogs and their humans. He's always willing to offer multiple solutions and patiently explains every medication or condition, and thoroughly discusses treatment plans with us. It's obvious that he cares as much for our pets as we do.

Our senior lab was having difficulty walking and we assumed it was arthritis in his hips. They were able to get him in quickly for being a new patient. I love how they allowed me to drop him off and they’d call for us to pick him up later. It worked out perfectly with having a toddler and no available childcare. They were very thorough on the phone with both my husband and I about what they found. He has a partially torn ligament and instead of pushing for surgery right away, they gave us some options to try and have him examined in a couple weeks to see the healing progress. It’s refreshing to find a vet that truly cares and isn’t just looking to up charge you. On that note, I was shocked at how affordable their fees are! We definitely found a forever vet for our pups!

We love Urbana Veterinary clinic. Both vets are great and the staff was really nice. They answered all our questions and did a good job of explaining things to us.

By far, this is the best vet I’ve ever used! The doctors and staff are friendly and helpful. They always take the time to explain things and make sure I understand what the treatment or procedure is. They are amazing with my three kitties. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new vet!

Amazing service! We showed up with no appointment, not even being a client because our dog was dying and Dr.McManus left surgery to take care of us. Very thankful to all the staff being so compassionate and helpful

Very polite staff and very attentive to my dogs needs

I called them based on my sister in laws referral. I have never had an experience at any vet in my life of 48 years as I did here with the entire staff! From the initial call to dropping off my beloved dog for cremation, they were all so personable and much more than professional. They were so very compassionate and empathetic. I live in Springfield and yet I will always refer others to this clinic! Top notch!!

The staff is great. Both doctors that have seen my cat have been great and take really good care of him. Highly recommend!

Dr McManus has been very caring for our Remington with IBS. Takes the time each week to follow up with him and manage his meds for us to get him better well managed. Love that the staff cares and takes time with each pet.

They are just an amazing group of people! Knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate, and friendly. Our 4 rescued cats are happy and healthy and have consistently received the very best level of care! Also, I've never been offered something that wasn't necessary, as I know this is a concern for some places. I highly recommend the wellness plans if your pet should need that.

The staff is wonderful. They are so patient with the pets and take extra care to reassure both pet and owner. Very gentle and did not stress out either of us. Explain all procedures and give notices of upcoming appointments. Would recommend to everyone in the area.
