Kool-Kone

I was out and about last night and was really hungry so I decided to go grab a bite to eat. I thought I haven't been to Kool Kone since I was a teenager and I haven't lived in the area in over 25 years . I was pleasantly surprised with how fresh the food was and how fresh the Cole Slaw was too. I ordered the Seafood Platter with a Large drink ( market value prices ) 37.00 I will say it's very well worth the money. The only thing I didn't like was there was no obvious trash receptacle but luckily a few nice customers said they go outside. Other than that everything was amazing. You do get your monies worth with the prices they charge

made the little ride over here after a walk along the canal a couple weeks ago. Phantom recommended and googled best onion rings in the area. Kool Kone did not disappoint. cheeseburger with mozzarella sticks, chicken finger plate, whole clams and fried fish plate as well as, of course, a side of onion rings. the food couldn't have been better. I mean the onion rings were perfect, the chicken plate had lots of tender chicken the clams and fish were fresh. all for 50 bucks. it was fairly busy at the time too and we didn't have to wait very long for the food. highly, highly recommend!!

Great prices, great service, received food very fast but made fresh. Not “fine dining” but is definitely very good for price!

What a cute, delicious joint! Great burgers, dogs, and chicken, Ice cream galore, AND put put! Little bit of a small wait outside, but it was not "long" by any means. The food was well worth the wait!

Great local place! Outdoor dining on picnic tables is perfect for this dog owner. Got some sweets with my sweetie. Great evening.

I’ve been eating here since I was a kid. It’s somehow always kept it’s charm & amazing food. Great for ice cream, seafood, and all other kinds of cuisine.

The ABSOLUTE BEST place to get fried seafood!! Gigantic scallops! HUGE clam cakes too! Not to mention the entire menu of awesome ice cream, sundaes and shakes! Better to eat in your car, that way you can listen to the music you want while eating. I drive over 30 minutes to come here! Worth it!!!

Today, I had a blue plate special with two cheeseburgers and ate them both. They were cooked perfectly and were so good!

Great place, family owned and they the have the best comfort food you could ever ask for...

I have been coming here since I was a child, its just a tradition that's never changed. Went for the 2 year anniversary of my dads passing because it was his go to place. The food is on point, the onion rings are always amazing. Great place with great food and a great indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Hope the memories continue for years 👍

Best little gem around. I am surprised the phantom gourmet has not found this place! They have some of the best home cooked food around at the most affordable prices anywhere. And to top it off home made ice cream! Family owned and family run means great service!

Went with the family. Good to see it's pretty much the same. Onion Rings are ALMOST the same. Great time, always and ya have to finish off with an ice cream!

Unironically serves faster food than some fast-food restaurants. Went to get ice cream but ended up buying the seafood platter: top 3 freshest. 10/10 would go again.

Not just ice cream! Great seafood (picky about my whole clams-they are great here) and other fare...plus mini golf!!! A Wareham landmark!

Regardless if we are ordering fish & chips, cheeseburgers, ice cream or fries, their food is always amazing. The fried foods are not greasy so gentle on a more sensitive stomach, you get your money's worth and they are always friendly. Love the outside dining, this place is always clean! Highly recommend!!!

Great place go there for ice cream with my girls, great fast service even when it's busy.i haven't tried the food yet but it smells great and looks really good so good that next time I go I'm going for food and ice cream

Great ice cream, quick service, friendly staff. They've got a lot of great flavors. Strawberry shortcake, Milky Way and strawberry cheesecake just to name my favorites. The portions are good for the price, and you don't end up with more than you can eat when you order a small cone, which is great because I dislike wasting food. Vegans you're welcome too, they've got flavors for you! Not in the mood for dairy? Stop in for some food, live entertainment and a relaxing time near the woods.

Not only does Kool Kone have the best ice cream, their food is really good. They make a delicious pot roast dinner, pulled pork sandwich smothered in onions& peppers, home made meatloaf dinner, and others specials!!! If you don't feel like cooking stop there and try it out.... Not over priced, very reasonable.
