Tyler and Brian are very helpful. I’m sure the rest of the guys are, too. I have really appreciate their help and demeanor. They make it a nice time to go in to the store. I can’t say that for many places anymore. This is how you get repeat customers.

This NAPA store has become my go to store for hard to find auto parts. The counter people are knowledgeable and friendly. This time they didn't have the part we needed, even though the "computer " indicated they had the part in stock. Once they found that they didn't, they ordered it right away and had it for us the next morning when they opened. I really appreciated their going the extra step to satisfy our need instead of just saying "we don't have it good luck."
Friendly, knowledgeable and great customer service. That's top in my opinion.

This place was great! I came to them to special order a part to try to fixing something on my own. They called me when it arrived and I picked it up, but unfortunately it didn't solve my problem. I happened to mention it to someone there and they gave me some ideas for resolving the issue. Then later in the day they actually gave me a call (unsolicited) to let me know that they found a solution if I still needed it... that was awesome service!

Had what I needed and not for a lot more than I paid for it on Amazon.
