It's about time I sat down to give credit where credit is due to Mill's Insurance, an Erie representative. My experience with their staff has been nothing short of excellent. They not only offer very competitive pricing, often cheaper than many other carriers, but they also provide customer service that's both efficient and comforting. Every interaction I've had with Mill's Insurance, whether over the phone or in person, has been painless and productive. They've consistently made insurance matters far less daunting than one would expect. Life gets busy, and I’ve put off writing this well-deserved review, but as I’m catching up on things, it feels important to acknowledge the great service they provide. I wholeheartedly recommend Mill’s Insurance for anyone looking for great coverage at great prices, backed by wonderful staff.
