Island Pacific Seafood Market

I prefer the organization here at Island Pacific than at Seafood City. Despite the store's size, they stock their items well and in a very easy to follow layout. Price wise, I think they are as affordable as "imported" Asian food markets get. Lots of options for Filipino staples and ingredients for home cooked meals. Lots of good and fresh produce. For meats, they have poultry, pork, beef, and seafood too. They do fish cleaning and frying for free here as well. I also really like having PhilHouse here for hearty Filipino dishes ready to eat, whether for dine-in, take-out, or even food party trays.

Came here once to also buy from the kitchen a party tray and its reasonably priced I would say. The food is delicious and very authentic in my opinion.

Staff if very friendly too! The store is very organized and welcoming. I will be coming back!

Whenever the holidays hit, more often than not I get REAL homesick.

I ended up purchasing food products that I haven't had in a while! Banana blossoms, oxtail cuts, knorr seasoning, achuete, bangus, bagoong, calamansi and I even got a kawali!!

I am so excited to make kare kare as well as come back to Island Pacific to attempt more Filipino dishes.

PS: we purchased fresh pompano fish and asked for it to be cleaned and fried and it was one of the best fried fish I've had in a looong time!

Love the variety of Filipino foods! Def a must try! Turon so good and sweet. Empanadas were fire. Love the intestines dipped in vinegar sauce!

This Market has a lot of snacks, hot food, and fresh veggies you can think of Filipino style. Normally I am not a big fan of Pancit (I know what kind of filipino doesn't like, but hey that's me). But believe it or not the veggie Pancit is very delicious 😋. If you are looking for Authentic Filipino food look no further. They are fast and efficient! They have a variety of delicious dishes, just to name a few like Pancit, lumpia, soups, chicken etc..I can go on but we will be here till Wednesday 😄. Just a heads up the parking can be limited and lines can be long depending on the time you go. But in my opinion I think it is worth it! Go ahead and see if this place is for you!

Has everything we need ❤ carries clean seafood and a great selection. Take out food is better than other Asian stores 😋

Great Filipino food! I never fail to drop by this place whenever I visit Elk Grove from Hawaii. Price is reasonable and service is fast.

it's been awhile since I've been to this place and it's a short drive to our house if needed buy something quick and hot food as well

Saw article in Sacramento Magazine and went to check it out. This is a well stocked asian grocery store! Every aisle looked fabulous and organized. Was particularly excited to see the variety of ice cream flavors (some say exotic while some say familiar loved flavors) and the baking extracts had soo many options (ube, pandan and coconut, yum). And the fish section is something I will need to come back to as they will gladly FRY your fish! This makes me happy as I can not put off having a tasty fried Pomfret just because of oil usage, clean up & odour, LOL. Another tasty funtoid is the hot deli counter 😋. You can pick up a combo plate to take home or nosh right there. And don't forget to try the dessert drinks like halo halo and more. Plenty of free parking too.
