The UPS Store

This review is for Analeah. I personally do not come to this location due to parking. However, I’ve been extremely inconvenienced at the Calvine location so I decided to go here. I called prior to arriving to ensure I can complete a specific transaction that Calvine supposedly could not do. Analeah was very kind. Her tone was great, excellent customer service and she answered my questions over the phone after allowing me to explain everything so fast. I arrived minutes later and Analeah processed my transaction within 1 minute and apologized for the experience I had at the other store. Excellent customer experience today. Give her kudos! I hope to see her the next time I need to visit UPS. Thank you.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past 6 years and it’s always a good experience. There was a random time there a girl at the counter who was struggling with doing the math and using the computer to find my usb for a print job, it was a little sad but kinda funny too. Otherwise!! Fast service, quick answers and easy for drop offs.

I was treated with the upmost respect and very high level of Professionalism never or ever received anywhere.

Customer service is above and beyond! It’s nice to see people who enjoy their work and treat customers so well!

We went there for a Passport photo service. The Asian man (Hiroshi?) was very accommodating to our needs. The store was busy and could use an additional help. But, he remained calm and process our photo in a timely manner. Thank you.

Great service and very efficient! Went to two other stores and notary was not available. Got my paperwork completed and was able to mail it right away. Well done!

Geoff was the customer service rep the other day and I can’t say enough good things about him. He had a line out the door and was all by himself. He managed to rock this one man show with effortless ease, fast and a smile on his face. He was beyond helpful to each person in line. Geoff is amazing and UPS is lucky to have such a hardworking and pleasant individual! I will def be coming back because of him!

I visit this place at least once a week and they are always polite! They are very helpful. Sometimes they do get very busy but that never stops them from helping everyone as quickly as possible.
