My passport renewal application process was amazingly easy. I chose to do the in-person application because: it was cheaper than online, they kept me from making several errors in my application, and they helped me prepare and send my application from A to Z. The staff were faster than they promised, pleasant, and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service in what otherwise is a complicated government document process. Thanks!

Karen is very nice to work with. She is thorough and she is on top of things and follows up with you in a timely manner. The five stars are for Karen only. I don't have very many stars to give to the officers who don't follow through with accidents. I do appreciate the officers that do care and do their job to the best of their ability. I have had two occurrences where they just dropped the ball completely.
