This is a great location to get some busy work done. The employees were professional, efficient, and polite.

Such a great place! I really like the atmosphere. The staff are nice and welcoming. The building is also very accessible. There are plenty of parking spaces and a couple of handicapped parking spaces in front. There is also plenty of seating inside. Many of the chairs and tables are low enough so individuals with wheelchairs can use them. There is also outdoor seating to enjoy on nice days. The outdoor lighting adds a nice touch. The music is a little loud but I really like the playlist. Some individuals may find it a little hard to hear others.

The staff here are friendly, and the mocha I ordered was as good as I remembered. This place has a lot of seating, and is great studying. There is outdoor seating too for when the weather is nice outside.

The lady that was taking orders today is the nicest woman ever; I think her name is Lisa and forgive me if I am wrong. The line was extremely long for the drive up, and she remained professional and smiled even though I am sure having a line that long was pure craziness. 10/10 just for her customer service.

Every time I have come to this Starbucks, I am greeted with extremely friendly employees who make you feel welcome. Today I had the drive thru worker named Cody and he was the sweetest and was so friendly. I know waits can be long but the people make it worth it!

I had zero issues. Full order was correct. Staff was courteous. Store was clean. This was off peak hours. Close to no wait time compared to the drive thru. So I recommend walking in.

what a great store!! this store is the only starbucks in the area with a drive-thru so waiting in line is to be expected. regardless of this, the staff does an amazing job every time! my drink/food is always delicious and correct.

I very much appreciated their service! They made sure to confirm that my drink was hot, and asked about the amount of syrup in my drink after I changed it, just to double check. My drink was delicious, and they took care of the drive-thru line quickly, and effectively.

This Starbucks has always been busy since it first opened. The employees there work hard to try and make drinks correctly and do it in a timely fashion, I have no complaints because I know working on customer service isn’t easy. Especially now in a pandemic it’s not easy for anyone, today they were much more busy than usual and I decided to remain outside to maintain social distance while waiting for my drinks, I was going to go back in but instead an employee had brought my drinks out to me unexpectedly. I genuinely appreciate how hard each and everyone one of them work, well done.

This store is incredible under the conditions they are in. They are working with a limited staff and hours that may change due to having smaller staffing. They are working as hard as they possibly can and they’re doing it damn well. The staff is unbelievably kind and my drinks come out perfect every time!

The drive-through was soo quick at this location this morning! There were 6-7 cars in front of me and I wasn't in line even 5 minutes!

Excellent service!!! Starbucks has been extremely busy since their hours have changed to closing at 2 pm. There is a line around the whole cafe, they have still gotten orders out extremely quick, proficient, remaining cheerful, and are professional employees. Today, an employee offered a suggestion for a child drink. It was the BEST and so very kind for him to share his recipe for his little girl, with us!!

This place was slammed and everyone was working well as a team to get it done!

The drive thru was wrapped clear around the building so we decided to order online and pick it up inside. It was ready in about 5 minutes or less. We ordered iced white mocha with whole milk and whipped cream and it was fantastic. I have never gotten a bad item from here. Definitely a returning customer 💜

Rate Starbucks? It's a true American staple and a necessary part of my daily routine. This is like asking me to rate Chick-fil-A! Solid A+ through and through.

HUGE interior! I was blown away. It’s almost majestically large, definitely one of the biggest sbux I’ve ever been to. Friendly and fast service...drive thru was super long and seemed to be moving super slow, so I went inside and there was not a soul around other than the staff. I got my order quick! And they were very nice about it.

Went at a busy time during lunch and the team was fast! I went inside and ordered. The lobby is open for ordering but the tables are temporarily closed. The team was swamped, but were all still so friendly and upbeat. I was pleasantly surprised. Great experience at this location.

I bring my daughters here often for their caramel ribbon crunch drink. Staff is always very friendly and they will take the time to talk to my girls when they are waiting on their drinks.

The Heath Starbucks is seriously the most kind group of employees ever! I go there several times throughout the week before work, and I’m always greeted with the sweetest service and the best coffee/food every time.
