By far the best doctors office I have been to. Dr. Krusemark is my doctor and I have been going here for at least five years. I am not rushed out of the office and my concerns are listened to and I use the patient portal to get further assistance. From the time you walk in to leaving everyone is very caring. I highly recommend them especially Dr. Krusesmark and her team! Keep up the great work!

This is the best practice I’ve ever been too. I started going here when I was a kid and saw Dr. Krusemark & left to start seeing a different doctor that was a little closer to me in location & it did not compare to the services at this place. I came back last year and am now seeing Dr. Dhyanchand. Sometimes the hold times to call are long but the staff is always very friendly and happy to help. It seems like all medical offices are experiencing higher volume/longer wait times than ever before since COVID-19. They also offer a patient portal that shows all test results & you can contact them through it. I would recommend this practice to any of my family or friends as anytime I have an issue they get me in fast and help me figure out what’s going on.

Dr Tony has been very attentive and truly cares about his patients. He is not afraid to refer you to a specialist when he feels its something above his expertise. Great guy!

Staff is friendly and competent. Ginger is kind and caring and actually listens to you. Very professional.

I have been a patient at this practice since 1992. Been through many doctors. I really like my current, Dr Tony. There was a time when I thought he wasn't hearing my concerns and told him so. He listened to me from that point forward. I also really like Ginger, nurse practitioner.

I have recently been dropped as a client here. They aren’t very understanding. I must say. They dropped me as a client, while attending a family situation matter. I was out of town and came back to having no doctor. Very inconsiderate.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY!!!!

I’ve called multiple times, my INSURANCE company has called multiple times, they just refuse to RECODE a bill, so that my insurance company will cover the said charges, in which they said they will.(SEVEN MONTHS, and counting ordeal)

The receptionistS, lead nurse manager, all were extremely RUDE, and extremely impatient.

Continuously lie and say they will sent the code, but in fact never due, per Aultman Hospital Billing Dept….

Stay far far away.

Been a patient for a few years but I just got off the phone in tears because of the way I was talked to over calling in a refill. There was absolutely no reason for the anger and being so mean to me for asking a few questions.I've never had to call in a refill personally so I was simply asking what to do if it wasn't able to be filled before the weekend. I was not unkind in the slightest so there is simply no reason to be talked to so poorly.
