Amazing thin crust pizza... I’d never thought I’d say this but I really wish this franchise exists in North Beach (Little Italy in San Francisco)!!! I live there, proud of my hometown and its Italian heritage but I dare say Donato’s pizza is superior to Tony’s Pizza, North Beach Pizza and the Pizza Guy (the three best pizza places in North Beach, San Francisco, California). The crust is tasty, the toppings go all the way to the edge, the balance of tomato sauce, cheese and toppings is perfect. Wish it’s not Only in Ohio!

Chris and his team rocked it tonight. We got there and wasn't sure if they were allowing dine-in or not. They technically weren't but decided to let us eat in anyway. It was very busy and we could tell they were struggling to keep up but they did. Everyone was very nice, professional and you could tell they cared about us having a good experience. Thanks to all of you working there tonight 5/21/22. You all deserve more than what we could give tonight.

Fast service from friendly staff. Food was delicious!
I went with my extremely crabby 3 year old.
The staff was so kind and patient with him. When he refused to try his pizza, they made him a few pieces of chicken, on the house.
The service alone made a returning customer out of me. The great food was a plus!

I had a fantastic experience at this location tonight.
I placed a carry out order.
Picking it up, I was informed they accidentally made the wrong type of pizza and that they were remaking the pizza I ordered and it would be six minutes longer.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service.

They took initiative to make sure my order was corrected, offered me the pizza they made by mistake and sent me home with a 2 liter.

Rob apologized to me for the inconvenience.

I placed an online order that was to be delivery in 40 mins. Shortly after I placed my order, I received a call from the store manager stating the delivery time was incorrect and would be an hour plus wait. I thought, if she could take the time to call and tell me that, I could be patient and wait the extra 30 minutes. Not only did it come in under an hour, it was THE hottest pizza I had delivered to my home! I’m SO sorry I didn’t get her name, but she was an example of what customer service really means! :)

A car almost hit me backing up without looking and the fresh pizza in the back seat slid to the ground when I slammed the brakes ... went in, explained, and a wonderful man named Greg not only remade the pizza in the middle of a huge rush of HS students, but made me feel better about the situation. Great pizza, great service, HIGHLY recommend!!!

Love Donatos Pizza! We was there on a Saturday evening and had no trouble getting a seat. Our server was very polite and checked on us often. The pizza and sub was outstanding! Will definitely go there again and again.

My first order with this establishment and let me just say I was not only impressed with the quality of food but even more so with the service! From the young lady answering the phone and delivering our pizzas to speaking with the Manager about a special order we had...they went above and beyond customer service. I know these are trying times of the Covid-19 but even though they just went out of their way to make sure order was right and took care of us! Very thankful! Will definitely be ordering from there from now on! Thank you again!

Lex is an outstanding manager. She went out of her way to make our experience with Donatos so pleasant! We came in really upset and she sent us out with a smile! Couldn’t of asked for a better person to help us will be returning for her excellent customer care! Thanks Lex!!!

Best Donatos in town. They always make them to perfection. Perfect bake. Perfect toppings. Perfect sauce. Very friendly too. Staff is always on it. Never once had a problem. And drive thru always goes quick.

Great great pizza!!!! The best by far!!!! Came back for the great pizza and friendly service . Unfortunately this time, I got teens more interested in cell phones . And a manager who seemingly approves of it .

We tried a couple of gluten free pizzas, one for each of us. They tasted great but actually were pretty small for the price.

Been going to this location for awhile now and I have to admit I'm impressed, never once have I had a mistake in my order and the food has always been cooked well and the staff is friendly as well. This location is by far my favorite donatos location and I've been to a few.

The best pizza ever IMO. Clean bathrooms, well lit parking lot, the staff was great and I would eat there again.

Ellee was the best waitress that we have had in a long time. See was so good with my granddaughters. Will go back to have Ellee wait on us
