Have what I need for my pool

I purchase chlorine tablets from K&K at a bargin price. The counter people were helpful and pleasant.

Pool Winterization
From the very beginning it hasn't been a pleasurable experience. The company could not provide a date for closing - "beginning of October." Then a few days ago I get a phone call stating they would be coming today and to have everything ready for them. My husband and I had everything out and ready today. The gentleman who arrived to close my pool for the winter was extremely unprofessional. He argued with my husband about our pool covers. We have a very expensive electric cover for summer use and another cover for winter to conserve our expensive cover. The guy from K & K did not want to place the winter cover, so much so he didn't complete the job!!! He left half of the pool unfastened! Thank god my husband was home to argue with the man or nothing would have been done that we wanted and paid hundred of dollars for. We will NOT be going with this company EVER again and urge others not to as well. Maybe they should hire people who actually like their job, because this guy did not.
