Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Canton South

Rooms were extremely clean. We were greeted by a very kind person, and they made sure we had everything we needed. My daughter and I got in the pool, and it was out of towels. But, the front desk worker was more than happy to refill them. They even turned the pool temperature up just a bit when my daughter and I said it was cold. Very helpful all around. Rooms are accommodating with internet TV, which I enjoy so my family can watch our own Netflix from a far. Fully packed snacks, frozen dinners, and drinks at the front desk! We've stayed here many, many times, traveling back and forth. Great place!

I registered for a one night stay on 5/31/23 and liked the hotel so much that I chose to stay 2 more nights and commute to and from Cleveland. The facilities were very clean, well run and filled with amenities. What make this hotel the absolute best is the customer service. The front desk staff that works evenings is so accomodating and kind She definitely enjoys her job. The new staff at the fromt desk has superior people skills and is going to be a rising star here.
I leave tomorrow for Indiana and I know I wont get this level of attention there or at any other hotels for the remainder of my trip.

Even being located next to the turnpike, the environment was very quiet and tranquil. Full of friendly people and exceptional service, and the complimentary breakfast surpassed expectations.
Combining that with the very positive and outgoing personalities of the staff, who displayed exceptional hospitality and outgoing nature they provided, I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to rest to consider this establishment.
I'd like to personally acknowledge each member of the staff I interacted with for their professional and kind, welcoming nature.
Thank you to Thomas, Sherri, Chloe, and Carlos for the enjoyable stay and over the top service, they are great people with kind hearts and positive attitudes. Couldn't be happier with their hospitality and conversation. I will surely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

Conveniently located right off the highway. Area is quiet and not noisy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the housekeepers, they all work incredibly hard to ensure you have a wonderful stay! Everything is kept clean, the rooms are clean and the beds comfy! The pool is clean, my kiddos love it! The snack and drink area is always stocked and their breakfast is the BEST!

I spend a lot of time in hotels, and this is one of the best I have been to. The prices are low so as to believe it to be just casual. However, the quality of the room was much higher. Extremely clean, comfortable bed, internet tv, all the amenities, continental breakfast. It had it all. Housekeeping did such a wonderful job! The front desk associate, (I think Cody or Cory or something like that) was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, I’m very impressed.

We enjoyed our lovely room. The pool was perfect temperature and was relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was nicely arranged and the employee who tended the breakfast area was quite friendly to everyone. Check in and out was quick and clerks were courteous.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good and love the coffee bar station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If needed to be on the area again, will definitely pick this place.

Staff is exceptional.... everyone is so friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. It's off the freeway easy to get to and close to the Football Hall of Fame but not too close where it's too busy 😊

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were without power and water at home. Not a great situation when one works from home. We were pleased that such a fine hotel was nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, and beds very comfortable.

Very nice rooms and very clean. The breakfast bar is good and the front desk people were exceptional. I would stay here again.

I was thoroughly pleased and impressed with this location. The front desk attendants, Valerie and Marcy, provided excellent customer service, which can be difficult to do during COVID. The entire hotel was very clean and I observed staff sanitizing and cleaning nearly every time I walked out my room, including 10 pm at night when I went to get water. They also provided guest with hand sanitizer wipes and made sure that guest honored social distancing rules at the pool in a manner that let guest know they were taking extra care to ensure their individual safety. The room was super comfortable and even the parking lot was immaculate. Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was immaculately clean. Indoor pool open late, fitness center 24/7. Hot breakfast every morning.

Can I give more than 5 stars please because ALL of the staff are very nice and respectful. They will give you the utmost respect for the guests and will always smile and make your day. I've been here a few days and still have a few more days left and the staff definitely make you feel welcome and like at home. So many things I can keep bragging about with this place but I hope what I've said says how great this place is! Please if you need somewhere to crash and feel welcome choose this hotel!

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly, our check-in and check out were quick and accommodating. They were awesome. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was unbelievable! Very updated amenities. Continental breakfast was good, scrambled eggs instead of the frozen round ones was a plus. Variety of things to choose from, one thing I missed though was breakfast meats. There wasn't any sausage of bacon. Otherwise very good. Enjoyed our overnight stay!

The customer service alone will make you want to stay here again. Marcie at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart, you can tell she absolutely loves her job and the people she greets. She treated us like old friends she hadn't seen in a while. Rooms were clean and well decorated, the showers are beautiful. Next door to a Wendys, McDonalds and Speedway, all within walking distance. Great access to I-77. If i ever need to stay out here again this place not just be the first choice, but the only. Thanks for a great weekend!

Dollar for dollar can hold its own even rivals three and four star in terms of service, amenities, and cleanliness. Place is so clean it shines. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly, and price is very reasonable. I only wish the room had a safe, but that's the only negative I can think of.
