Plumbing Excellence

I want to thank Plumbing Excellence and in particular the technician Eddie who did the work for me. When I called Plumbing Excellence I spoke with a wonderful lady Theresa. I explained to her what I needed but suggested a technician come out to the house to see what needed to be done and how much it might cost. Eddie was the technician and he and I spoke at length about the job, which was installing a water backup sump pump. My home gets a large volume of water in the the pit and a battery backup sump pump would not be able to handle the job of keeping me dry. I had a water backup on but after installing a Moen sump pump monitor I realized the Liberty water backup might not keep me dry. I had just gotten over a flooded finished lower level and was determined I wasn't going through it again. I found another water backup that would do the job but it meant replumbing the water supply as well as installing the new pump. Eddie's professionalism and knowledge was so evident I knew I called the right company and had a great guy to do the job. He encouraged my input and answered any questions I had as he did the job. He was open to my suggestions and was polite and respectful the whole time. I felt like I was talking to a friend as he worked through the installation. The job he did is perfect, and I can not thank him and your company enough. My wife and I are both Christians and I sense you are as well at Plumbing Excellence. I will never call another plumbing again. Thankyou!

They arrived on time. They were courteous and businesslike. The pricing was reviewed with us prior to their beginning. When we ask them to make slight modifications for parents sake they were willing to cooperate. We recommend these guys.

Plumbing Excellence, the two times in the past 6 months that I’ve had to call them, has been outstanding. My initial contact with Terese was first rate. She was pleasant and genuinely concerned about getting my issue resolved. Anthony constantly kept me updated with timing of technician to timing of parts being delivered. And Ryan was extremely professional, efficient, timely, and kind. Hopefully I won’t need to contact a plumber a lot, but if I do, it will be Plumbing Excellence. Thank you!

We’ve used Plumbing Excellence twice since we moved into our new house for two completely different reason, two different plumbers. Both times they have been amazing! They made it out to our house the next business day. Let you know their eta. They work quickly and honestly. The office lady is an absolute gem. The plumbers were both outstanding. They definitely live up to their company name.

Great experience overall! They quickly returned my after hours voicemail, adjusted their schedule to take care of my emergency issue, very clear pricing up front, fixed it right away, and provided everything digitally. Highly recommended.

Excellent job by Ryan of replacing my old leaky cast iron drain with PVC. He provided several options to fit budget constraints. We chose the full replacement down to the basement clean out, which included adding a vent under the sink to bring the drain to code. Thank you for your excellent and speedy work.

I called for service at 10 AM and Eddy came at 2PM and fixed my garbage disposal with no problem.
Theresa is very professional and courteous when you call for appointments.

Anthony and Eddy reviewed a problem after replacing my hot water tank. It appears the issue was high pressure coming from the city water system causing a drip from the relief valve system. Unfortunately on top of purchasing a new water heater I needed a single basic pressure control system. Eddy treated my property like it was his own, very respectful inside and out. Eddy’s knowledge and workmanship is outstanding along with his positive proactive attitude. I will look forward to having Eddy work on future projects. Anthony and Eddy are a great hard working dedicated team. Project cost: $1,022.79. The PB1B Basic Pressure Control System carries a 6 month limited warranty. Always have great service with Plumbing Excellence when we use their services. Today, we had a lot that we needed done and Eddy was up for the task. Eddy was professional and polite during the appointment. Definitely recommend Plumbing Excellence and we will continue to use them as needed.

I had a weekend emergency and Anthony took the time to call and get me through it until he could get here on Monday. I needed something extra done, and they were able to squeeze in what I needed. Ryan comes in and moves smooth and gets the job done! They will ALWAYS have me as a customer.

Plumbing Excellence did a get job getting my appointment scheduled and resolving my plumbing issue in a timely manner. Eddy was very easy to work with and helpful in explaining options and solutions.

We had a new garbage disposal installed, and it ended up being faulty (no fault of theirs). Anthony and team were very responsive and were able to come out quickly to get it resolved and replaced, with no additional fees for coming out again.

What an amazing plumbing service today!
I made an urgent call with my sump pump watering issue this morning.
Then, Plumber Excellence reacted quickly, came and inspected carefully, addressed frozen pipe outside effectively, suggested best sump pump option renewal and installed brand-new sump pump within today.
You guys made my day and this investment should worth for my long term relief.

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Plumbing Excellence, particularly with our technician Eddie! He arrived promptly to install a gas line for our new gas range, and his expertise was immediately apparent. Not only was the installation efficient and clean, but it was also done to the highest of standards.

Eddie was courteous throughout the whole process, answering any questions I had and explaining each step as he went along. His professionalism did not stop there. I also had an old, broken microwave that needed removal above our old range. Even though it wasn't part of his initial job scope, he went above and beyond to accommodate my request.
